    Lived up to expectations

I have used Estrid for several years and since then I have actually never used shaving cream/foam, until I got the chance to try this as an influencer! I have used it on my shins while shaving and am very satisfied. The skin feels very soft, smooth, and moisturized after shaving. Itchy and dry legs are a thing of the past even though I don’t moisturize afterwards! I usually don’t have problems with so many ingrown hairs on my legs, so I can’t make any comparisons there unfortunately. It lathers well and you don’t need a lot of product. A dollop equivalent to about a tablespoon I find is enough for both legs. However, the legs shouldn’t be too wet, because then it hardly lathers at all. You have to turn off the shower for a while and let the water run off before applying. The downside is, as with all shaving creams, that it becomes harder to see and feel where you have shaved. Everything gets quite messy and you have to rinse off the cream thoroughly to feel if you missed anywhere. Regarding the packaging, it is quite large and bulky, and it was quite difficult to push down the pump, or whatever you want to call it. Since I am not used to using shaving cream, it is hard to make any further comparisons of how this product compares to others in the same category, but it will get three stars for meeting expectations! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ESTRID

    Special scent

I have been testing Estrid's antiperspirant for about a month now, and I have had very mixed opinions and perceptions that have changed over time. My first impression was that it had a very special scent. It doesn't smell floral and fresh like I'm used to, but from the beginning, I thought it smelled more grassy. It was uncomfortable to wear it since I didn't really like the scent, but I must say that it has grown on me. Now I have gotten used to it and almost think it smells good sometimes. But, it would have been more fun if I really loved the scent of course. Sometimes I have experienced that it has intensified my sweat smell, and sometimes I think it smells good and fresh. Maybe it depends on how thoroughly I washed myself beforehand, I actually don't know. Regarding the formula itself, it is very thin and light and actually feels hardly on the skin when applied. It sticks a little for a while but doesn't get nearly as wet as comparable products can sometimes be, unless you apply a lot of it. In the description, it says that it should protect for 48 hours against sweat and odor, but I can't really agree with that unfortunately. One time I put on a satin top after showering and applying this, and got sooooo big sweat rings (hot day) that don't come off that material. That was a bit sad since I was at a party. The scent also doesn't last for 48 hours. For example, last night I showered and applied antiperspirant, but when I woke up in the morning, I still felt like I needed to wash myself again. However, they keep the promise that it should be soothing. No itching or stinging despite freshly shaved skin in the armpit. I like the concept of a refillable product, as it saves unnecessary plastic or glass from buying the entire packaging completely new every time. It was also reasonably easy to assemble it. However, I think it is unnecessarily expensive. I will not continue to pay 75kr for each refill to keep using it, it is unfortunately not worth it! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ESTRID

Convenient with product in the actual blade

I have been using Estrid for several years now and am overall satisfied. The best thing about Estrid is the product that is around the actual razor blade, which seems to be caring and soothing on the skin. I have actually never used shaving cream before, but the blade itself and maybe a little soap is enough. For the legs and armpits, it works fairly well if I moisturize afterwards, but not as well in the intimate area. I almost always get ingrown hairs and razorbumps there despite Estrid, even though it gets a little better if I moisturize thoroughly with, for example, oil afterwards. I have quite coarse and dark hair, but I haven't found it to be a bigger problem to remove all the hair. Aside from around the ankles, where it seems impossible to reach everywhere in a good way. The downside is that the product disappears quite quickly from the blade. There is a very big difference between the first and third or fourth use. From the beginning when I used Estrid, I didn't experience this problem, but it came when they changed the blades from blue to yellow. Unfortunately, I think they have cut costs for production, which negatively affects the product. Another downside is that the product also disappears quite quickly if the razor is hanging on the wall in the shower and gets wet. If you have the plastic cover on, it instead forms clumps and mess, which when it dries makes the blade uneven and impossible to reach with the actual razor blades evenly on the body. The blades, however, stay sharp, and I have probably never experienced cutting myself or similar due to it becoming dull, even though I have used the blade significantly longer than recommended at times. Overall, I am satisfied, even though there is more to wish for! The pictures show a new razor blade and a used one. #lykoinflutester #estrid

    Great concept

I have been using Estrid's razor for several years now, and I am satisfied enough to have continued these years! Above all, I think it's convenient and smart with the subscription, so you don't have to think or plan. So I easily end up using one and the same for way too long, maybe even one that is actually a disposable razor. The best thing about Estrid is the product that surrounds the actual blade, which seems to be caring and soothing for the skin. I have actually never used shaving cream before, but the blade itself and maybe a little soap is enough. For my legs and armpits, it works reasonably well if I moisturize afterwards, but not as well in the intimate area. I almost always get ingrown hairs and razor bumps there despite Estrid, even though it gets a little better if I moisturize thoroughly with oil afterwards. The handle feels good in the hand and is quite heavy, which I like. It's easy to change the blade by pushing a small button on the handle forward. When the blade is finally on, you can also angle the handle a bit, which makes the razor flexible and easy to use in slightly hard-to-reach places like knees, ankles, groin, and armpits. I have quite coarse and dark hair, but I haven't experienced any major problems getting rid of all the hair. Except around the ankles, where it seems impossible to reach everywhere in a good way. The downside of Estrid is that the product disappears quite quickly from the blade. There is a very big difference between the first and third or fourth use. From the beginning when I used Estrid, I didn't experience this problem, but it came when they changed the blades from blue to yellow. Unfortunately, I think they have cut costs in production, which negatively affects the product. Another downside is that the product also disappears quite quickly if the razor is hanging on the wall in the shower and gets wet. If you have the plastic cover on, it instead forms clumps and mess, which when it dries makes the blade uneven and impossible to reach evenly with the actual blades on the body. Lastly, the included wall mount is very convenient so you don't have to have the razor lying on a shelf, but it doesn't work perfectly. After a while, it falls down now and then, which can be a bit annoying. Overall, I am satisfied, but there is still more to wish for! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #ESTRID

Fat and dry at the same time

I have been testing this barrier cream for a while now but unfortunately, I'm not sold. To start with, it is supposed to be particularly suitable for dry or sensitive skin and be good in cold climates. Since I have combination/oily skin and we are heading into summer, it wasn't really set up for success either. The cream is very thick. I would like to compare it to something like Idomin, but with a slightly drier formula. Despite that, my skin feels dry and tight shortly after application, and I don't find that pleasant at all; it becomes rather very uncomfortable. I think it can be likened to the feeling on the skin when a clay mask starts to dry. At the same time, I also experience it as greasy. My partially oily skin feels even oilier after a night with this. It's as if it somehow becomes both too dry and too oily at the same time. Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to test the barrier-strengthening properties, as I haven't needed it. The climate has been mild, I haven't used particularly strong skincare products, and my skin has generally been in decent balance. As a hand cream, it worked excellently, but it's a bit on the expensive side for it to be worth the price for that purpose. Unfortunately, not a hit for me at all! I will save this in the bathroom cabinet for the next skin crisis or as a moisture bomb/treatment as needed! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #SAWE

Fat eye cream that gets an approved rating

I have been testing this eye cream for a month now. There’s nothing majorly wrong with it, but I had hoped for a noticeable difference in my relatively dark circles under my eyes. It didn’t turn out to be as clear as I had hoped, but there’s probably a little difference anyway! The formula is quite thick and slow-flowing, and you have to dab diligently to get an even application under the eye. Just like the other products in this series, I find that it tends to make the skin a bit dry. I notice this because my concealer tends to crease a bit on top of the cream, and I haven’t had that problem with that concealer before. I don’t have many lines under my eyes, but the ones I do have haven’t changed at all since I started using the cream. What I can actually feel is that the cream can tighten a bit, which is somewhat related to it feeling dry, if that makes sense. The cream gets an approved rating, but it doesn’t do wonders for me. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #SAWE

    Pretty okay

I've been able to try this serum for about a month now, and I have to say that I'm fairly satisfied. I have combination skin that is more oily than dry. Therefore, I like to use niacinamide in my skincare routine to reduce blemishes and large pores. I also think it felt very smooth with a product containing hyaluronic acid, because whose skin doesn't benefit from moisture? Great with multiproducts, I think🌟 The formula is a bit hard to define. It's not very runny, but the drop stays on the skin. However, it still felt very fluid once I started working it into the skin. The product is absorbed by the skin very quickly, unless you apply it on damp skin or with a lot of product. However, the skin doesn't feel really saturated with moisture. After one layer, the skin feels somewhat dry. This happens even if you use a lot of product, once it has sunk in well. My experience is that the only way to avoid this is to apply it on damp/very moist skin. Alternatively, you can complement it with an additional moisture serum before the day cream. So that it quenches the skin's thirst and is a hero for layered moisture, yes, that's not something I feel super clearly. I really like the packaging. The bottle is pretty and looks luxurious, and it's so convenient with a dropper for application. However, it is always a bit tricky to have a glass container in the bathroom. The visible result then? Yes, unfortunately, I can't claim that I notice any major difference. Now that spring has come and I've gotten a bit of color, the skin tone becomes a bit more even with the tan. However, it does feel a bit healthier/stronger actually, even though that's something I find hard to "measure". Maybe a bit fewer breakouts and oiliness. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #SAWE

    Very easy to wash off

I have tried this mascara from Milk and I really like it! The brush has short and hard bristles that make it very easy to apply the mascara. Without much effort, the result is even and nice without clumps. The lashes become long, black, and nicely separated. Unfortunately, the lashes fall down very quickly after application. Even though I curl them beforehand, it only takes a minute before the lashes "fall down" and point straight out after I have applied the mascara. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that this weighs down the lashes, as it is a recurring problem for me with other mascaras as well. What stands out the most about this is how easy it is to wash off. With warm water, it really rolls off the lashes. I don't get black around my eyes like I usually do despite endless rubbing. It must be gentle on the lashes, but also nice to avoid waking up with black clumps in the corners of my eyes the next day. However, I did get a bit irritated in my eyes from the mascara. That it is so easy to wash off does not mean that there is a compromise on durability. It doesn't flake at all and holds well. Additionally, it is buildable if you want thicker lashes. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP

    Great potential!

I tested this new product from Milk, but unfortunately chose a shade that is too light (no. 2) for my skin and therefore feel that I can't really give it a fair review. But I will do my best! The first thing I reacted to was the packaging. A lot of product spilled out when I opened the cap, and it got everywhere. Unfortunately, this happens every time I open it, and it feels like there is pressure in the packaging. It's a shame because it both wastes product and is very annoying with all the mess. After that, I discovered that the color was way too light for me, but I tried to apply it anyway. It actually blended in surprisingly well and evened out my skin tone. If I had a better shade, it probably wouldn't have looked like I was wearing makeup at all, which I really like. I only wear very little makeup, so this would be perfect for everyday use to feel a bit fresher. The formula is actually somewhat sticky and a bit slow to apply. I used my fingers since the formula is otherwise too runny. Once it was "worked in" to the skin, it laid very evenly and nicely. It really delivers on its promise of not settling into creases or lines and not clogging pores. You can't see it in the picture, but I also think I got a nice glow even though I became ghostly pale😂 I really think it's super annoying that the shade turned out so wrong because it feels like it could have been a top product💔 For reference, I have combination skin that can get oily in the t-zone. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP

    Way too expensive

I've tried this primer from Milk a few times now, but unfortunately I'm not convinced. Especially because it's so expensive for such an extremely small package. So I expect almost miracles, but was disappointed. The biggest reason for the low rating is that I feel it almost makes my skin dry. I usually apply my liquid foundation with my fingers, and it doesn't glide out as well and easily as it usually does with this primer underneath. Sometimes it almost seemed like the foundation was flaking a bit, or however I should describe it. The formula is a bit gel-like like most other primers. It glides on the skin, and when you start to pat it in with your fingers, it sticks a little, but not too much. Spontaneously, I think that “sticky” is usually synonymous with good grip. However, this stickiness almost completely disappears after the minute you are supposed to wait before applying foundation, and the only difference I feel on my skin is that it is a little less oily. I usually tend to get a bit oily, especially on my forehead, and if this primer does anything, it’s to reduce that oiliness a bit. It also says that you can use it alone, but I don’t see the point in that at all since I don’t notice any difference in how my skin looks when it comes to glow. One pump was enough for my face, but still half the bottle is empty after maybe 5-6 uses. No bang for your buck here unfortunately! If it had been cheaper, the rating wouldn’t have been as low, but this feels like a robbery. The amount on the back of the hand in the video is one pump! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP
