I combine this with Dr. Althea's 345 Relief Cream 50 ml, and they go perfectly together! 💗 I first tested them from my mom's routine, and saw very quickly that I had to buy both products myself 😂🤩 It hasn't been long since I started using them, and I've already used up both the first bottle and the first tube 😅🫶🏻 I see such a big difference, and my skin has never looked or felt better. 💚✨ A truly powerful niacinamide serum!
I have been really impressed by COSRX The Niacinamide 15 Serum! This is definitely not a weak everyday serum – with a full 15% niacinamide, it’s made to actively work on pores, impurities, sebum, uneven skin tone, and acne scars. What I like most is that the formula feels light and absorbs quickly. Just a few drops are enough, which is lucky since the bottle only contains 20 ml. Lyko also recommends starting to use it a few times a week to get the skin used to the high concentration. 15% is really high, and that’s also what makes the product interesting. Niacinamide can help balance sebum production, strengthen the skin barrier, even out skin tone, and reduce the visibility of pores. Lyko also describes the serum as targeting blackheads, whiteheads, redness, and acne scars. And the reviews are actually quite convincing. One verified buyer experiences that acne scars have faded, while another Lyko Creator notices less visible enlarged pores and a nice glow that doesn’t look oily. But here comes my big ⚠️: 15% niacinamide is a lot. If you have sensitive skin, I definitely wouldn’t start using it every day. Better to start 2-3 times a week and see how your skin reacts. Lyko also recommends easing into the product carefully. I would also avoid stacking several strong active serums in the same routine. Lyko generally recommends one active serum at a time within the COSRX Active series due to the high concentrations. Another small downside is that 20 ml feels quite little, even though a few drops go a long way. Right now, Lyko shows 4.7/5 from 19 ratings, so the overall impression is really strong. I had this for a couple of weeks, maybe I didn't try it long enough to see any difference, but it didn't do much for my skin other than keeping it a bit soft for a few hours. Have been using this for a while now, I notice my enlarged pores have become smaller. Definitely think it will get even better over time. I use it in combination with Medicube Triple Collagen Cream.
