Gel iQ is a gel polish with a new UV/LED lac technology, giving you perfect glossy nails in 5 easy steps. The starter kit contains Base Coat, Top Coat, Pre-Cleanser, High Shine Cleanser, nail file, orange stick and UV/LED lamp with adapter β everything you need, apart from your preferred colour shade and remover products.

The set was easy to use and lovely! I did good preparations for the nail myself even though the package says you only need to clean the nails (Step 1). The first impression is really positive, and I can come back to the comment when I know how long the polishes lasted.

Therefore, I would recommend not using the UV lamp for Essie gel polish The most important thing is to check that the curing time for other gel polishes matches the lamp's capacity and instructions. Some brands may have specific curing times depending on whether it's a UV or LED lamp, but generally, it works well to mix brands if you follow the recommendations for the specific polish All the best!

I've been using depend GeliQ for over a year now and could never live without it! I use the lamp and everything when I take it off.
