    Fantastic product - don't understand the low average rating!

    I have used quite a few different cleansers over the years - and the best is this one. I have average skin that can get a bit dry - I have tried other oil-based cleansing creams, but Precleanse is clearly the best. Mild, pleasant, effective, my skin feels clean and not overly dried out. It is a bit pricey, but then you can just wait for a promotion and stock up.

    What can I use instead of this product?

    I ordered this product based on a skin analysis, but I don't like it. It doesn't remove Lancome's mascara and my skin feels tight after use.

    Disappointment

    A slight disappointment for a product in this price range. Does not remove Lancôme mascara, neither water-soluble nor especially waterproof. Since you have to use a lot of the product, it is not very economical. My skin feels tight after use.

I’m sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations in use 🩷 The product should be applied to dry skin and gently melt the makeup with circular motions. After this, you can slightly moisten your fingers with water and work the product into the skin for a little while longer. After this, I recommend rinsing the skin with lukewarm water! The cleanest you can get! This cleansing oil is used as a "pre-wash" and effectively dissolves oily dirt, sunscreen and waterproof makeup. Follow up with a cleanser suitable for your skin condition.
