Now that my skin is in much better condition but still gets a few pimples here and there, I switched back down to 10% again. This one works well right now, it feels almost a bit oily/greasy when you first pat it in, but it settles quite quickly. I would definitely recommend this or common clouds 10% for anyone wanting to try azelaic acid. Since you got small pimples when you used it every day, I would keep an eye on how your skin reacts. If you continue to get pimples, or experience stinging, redness, or irritation, I would pause the use instead of trying to get your skin used to it.
