Good toner
I like this toner! Feels really nice and moisturizing on the face and has a sleek, stylish bottle with a convenient pump. However, it's not as fantastic as I've seen others say, but still a really good toner! Magical
A moisture bomb that focuses entirely on restoring the moisture balance and giving the skin that Korean "gwang" glow (dewy radiance). It contains six different types of hyaluronic acid to reach various depths in the skin. The positives: Texture: It has a luxurious, light gel-like texture. It feels significantly more nourishing than a regular thin toner and "saturates" the skin immediately after washing. Indispensable!
This toner is incredibly good. I'm on my third bottle! I've had skincare routines with many other essences, serums, creams, and toners, and when this one runs out, I've thought every time that I'll try to manage with what I have. But nothing is as versatile as this. Works during the day, doesn't get oily. Perfect as a base for makeup and/or other skincare. When I need extra moisture, I soak pads in it and use it as a sheet mask. If I get eyeshadow under my eye, I remove it with this toner on a cotton swab. Gave me eczema around the eyes

Ingredients
Dr. Ceuracle Hyal Reyouth Toner consists of as many as six different hyaluronic acids and is a gel toner that plumps the skin from the inside while soothing and moisturizing dry and irritated skin. Use:
