Beautiful, but difficult for light skin
Shade 0 might be too dark for really light skin. I have, for example, foundation in Fenty 100, so I'm currently the lightest. I bought shade 0, and it will be used, but mainly because the coverage is quite weak. The glow is however AMAZING. No makeup makeup at its best! Elf halo glow disappointment
I clicked home an elf halo glow in the shade “fair” because it looked light and not yellow or orange like many foundation-like products can turn out to be. In your pictures, it looked like a perfect color, but when I received it, I was met with this disappointment: a mustard yellow color and also much darker than what you showed it as, not at all resembling either the description or the color. Turns orange
I've had it for a few months and think it has oxidized a lot and become darker and orange. But (!) I don't think it's a big deal because it provides almost no coverage at all and only works as a glow product. It really gives a nice glow that isn't glittery or over the top, and I haven't experienced getting pimples or rashes from it either. But if you use too much, it can get a bit oily during the day and oxidize, and then it might happen that you actually see that it's orange. It can be a bit tricky to answer with complete certainty without knowing what undertone you have ❤️ I would recommend checking out this one: lyko.com/sv/elf/e.l.f.-halo-glow-liquid-filter-3-light-medium It's a more neutral shade that tends to be perceived as less orange compared to the one you're using now, since Fair/Light leans more towards the warm side. If it feels too dark, I can instead suggest this one: lyko.com/sv/elf/e.l.f-halo-glow-liquid-filter-0.5-fair-315ml It's one of the lightest shades in the range and has a cool/neutral undertone, which makes it appear less orange on the skin. Perfect to have under makeup, gives perfect glow and is not so "heavy" in the formula. I have it in shade3/medium and it’s perfect for getting a little sun-kissed skin on me now in winter. Every time I use this, I wake up the next day with a new pimple. Halo Glow Liquid Filter is a moisturizing and illuminating makeup primer/finish, and it can feel perfect on dry skin as you mentioned, but it can be too rich or covering for skin that easily gets clogged pores or hormonal pimples.
