Hmm/Not as budget-friendly anymore/Without 100% waterproof not 100% sure how it works in spring/summer?
Should have been one of the year's biggest #budgetfriendlymakeup moments but, unfortunately, if you ask me, save your money for vacation instead. 1/ This time, not worth buying, want more for the money, but sure, you have bought, elfcosmetics.com/halo-glow-skin-tint-spf-50/84504UP.html more information from e.l.f cosmetics, their American website. Absolutely don’t want to complain, but you buy Halo Glow Skin Tint SPF50. Sure, it protects against the sun, along with sunscreen products/ not just skintint spf/ more expensive, compared to what #elfcosmetics usually offers. Water resistant, up to 80 minutes 1 hour, 20 minutes, tolerates a certain amount of water, but do not recommend swimming or showering with it, the risk of it disappearing from the face is high. 4 Light Neutral, checked several YouTube videos during the midsummer weekend/ youtube.com/watch?v=hLf13nUJ1HY youtube.com/watch?v=1PRlc-jZuTg Seems to be okay, hides some redness around the nose, without perfume. e.l.f cosmetics could have created something a combination between skincare/makeup 100% waterproof, more reliable, simpler form of makeup in spring/summer.Translated from swedish

I was thinking of buying e.l.f cosmetics halo glow skintint spf 50 but, when I found out the product was more expensive, I started to question what exactly e.l.f cosmetics offers us? There are people both in Sweden and around the world who can't afford to buy makeup, it's more expensive to live. I wanted to share what I know, to create an increased awareness about e.l.f cosmetics, still a fan, 👍 previously budget-friendly products, not as expensive compared to Halo Glow skintint spf50. Feel free to suggest waterproof products/❤️

Not something to recommend
Stings on the skin and the skin exploded in pimples and rashes. I don't have sensitive skin otherwise, but this product couldn't handle it. When I went back to Maybelline BB cream, my skin calmed down.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Not something to recommend76 views- Hairdresser at Lyko2 daysHey Rebecca! 👋🏼 How sad that your skin reacted like this, it really sounds tough 😔 All skin types are different, and sometimes even products that feel gentle for many can still cause reactions. So nice that your skin calmed down again when you switched back! 🤍 If you're looking for something similar but with a different formula, the Maybelline BB-Cream you mentioned, or for example, the Lumene CC Cream might be worth checking out 💕 Here comes a tip 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/sok?q=lumene%2Bcc&suggestionFor=lumene&suggestionList=suggestions Hope you find a favorite that your skin loves! 🤩

Not for dry skin!
Looked totally okay at first glance - but not as illuminating as it promised to be... After a few hours, however, my skin looked like the Sahara desert! This had become so incredibly cakey and dry that I couldn't wear it any longer. I have a dry skin type myself and usually get dehydrated when it comes to mineral sunscreen (mineral = mineral powder = mattifies/dries out). Such a shame! Had high hopes.Translated from swedish
1 product in post Not for dry skin!68 views- Customer service at Lyko3 daysHi Elvira! 💗 Thank you for taking the time to review and share your experience! 🙏 It's such a shame that the product didn't live up to your expectations, especially when you had high hopes. We truly understand that it's frustrating when something meant to provide radiance instead feels drying, especially for a dry skin type. 💦 Mineral sunscreens can definitely have a mattifying effect, which doesn't always suit all skin types. We really appreciate you bringing this up, and hope you find a sunscreen that both protects and hydrates as you wish soon. 💛 Take care! 😊

Shade?
Hey! Which shade of Elfin Halo glow skin tint would be the best? I have the Elfin Soft glam satin foundation in shade 20 Light Cool1 product in post Shade?853 views- Skin therapist at Lyko1 monthHey Silja 🤍 I recommend checking out shade 6 Light Cool. However, it's a good idea to visit the nearest brick-and-mortar store to try the right shade. Shades can look different in online pictures than in person.

Completely as expected
Nice coverage, gives a nice glow and sits very nicely on the skin. I think it lives up to expectations. It is a more thoughtful and less “glittery” halo glow. Haven't used it long enough to determine whether it's waterproof etc., but my first impression is very good! ☺️Translated from swedish
