    I 🤖 it

✨ First impression WOW! 🤩 I personally use Milk's primer, so this will be a comparison with this one. I must say that I am very impressed! I get the same nice grip effect with Elf even though they are in completely different price ranges. I also think that Elf actually dries myyyuch faster, which is always good, I usually don't have that much time nowadays when I do my makeup 😅 🤱 About me I have dry skin that leans towards sensitive. I usually choose base products that are moisturizing and give glow. The makeup usually sits fairly well, but by the afternoon I can get shiny in the t-zone. 🏅 My thoughts and experiences So impressed that the primer dries quickly 🙏🏻 I love the tube, it feels smooth, is easy to use, and you get the right amount out right away. The design is simple but nice. Feels nice and a bit cooling upon application, you can clearly feel the grip effect. A bit of a special sticky feeling, but then when you put on foundation, they blend so well! 🤗🤖 I definitely think this is a great dupe for Milk's primer, I will most likely buy this more times! ✨ I still got a bit shiny in the t-zone by the afternoon/evening, I get that with all the other primers I've tested too. And in comparison to how it is without primer, I think it does a fantastic job! 👌🏻 🍁 Summary ➕ 🌹 Love that it's a tube 🌹 Keeps the makeup sitting well 🌹 The primer dries quickly ➖ I have nothing negative to say, I 🤖 it ✨💖 5/5 💖✨ #lykoinflutester #elf

    😢Nice makeup, tired face & pimples😬

Who has NOT heard and seen a lot about #ELFCosmetics today & through American influencers!? 🤩 So freaking excited about the FOURTH product I get to try as a #LykoInflutester!!! 🤩 I added this to my makeup routine every morning for a week 🤡 I wanted to love it, but.. This fragrance-free primer comes in a simple tube with a pump for easier control of the amount. The consistency is like a firm gel, in a light green tone that doesn’t look green on the face. 🤥 😢Weird consistency😬 I find it very hard to spread on my face due to its firm, stiff consistency. It felt more like trying to lay an even layer of brow gel/eyelash glue, it felt like my skin was being pulled and irritated.😬 I got a bit red in the face from it, but thankfully the redness faded after a while. 🤠 It remains tacky/sticky, something that might not be for everyone, but many think it helps makeup stick better and last longer throughout the day, which I must agree with. 😌 ‼️BUT.. Here’s the absolute biggest problem. I used this every morning for 7 days, and started getting pimples. Like real, deep ones, not just little spots. I first connected it to stress, which I’ve had quite a bit of. Suddenly it hit me; Primer. I stopped using it, and within 2 days there was a noticeable difference again. 😩💨👋🏻 I have combination skin, with an oilier T-zone, and a stable skincare routine. 🤡Summary🤡 ➕ Tacky ➕ Vegan & Cruelty-free ➖ Consistency like brow gel/eyelash glue ➖ Causes pimples‼️ Unfortunately, this doesn’t get daily use from me, both due to the pulling on my face from the eyelash glue consistency and the pimples I’m not in the mood for. 😅 Maybe an occasional use 🤷🏽‍♀️✨ ⭐️⭐️But still, the makeup sat really well

Annica Yes, unfortunately 😢 But if I start modeling again, it’s a perfect base for that, when it doesn’t happen sooooo often 🤗

    Incredible

This is not your usual silky smooth primer; this is the "glue" that keeps your makeup in place all day. Why it’s so popular: Longevity: It does exactly what the name promises – it grips your foundation. If you struggle with makeup "sliding off" during the day, this is a lifesaver. Hydrating: It’s water-based and contains hyaluronic acid, giving the skin a nice glow and a solid moisture boost. Affordable: For 149 SEK, it performs on par with luxury brands that cost three times as much (many compare it directly to Milk Makeup Hydro Grip). Something to keep in mind: Texture: It’s very sticky upon application. You need to pat it into the skin and then wait about 30 seconds until it has "set" before applying foundation. Not for everyone: If you prefer a primer that blurs pores and gives a matte, powdery finish, you probably won’t like this one. It focuses on moisture and grip, not blur effect. My verdict: A fantastic product if you want your base to stay rock solid from morning to night. It gives a fresh finish, but be prepared for the special, sticky feeling upon application.

    Which primer for sensitive skin?

Hi! I'm looking for a primer that suits my skin, which is both dry and sensitive. Is this suitable for me or which product should I buy? 🫶🏻

Hey Melie! 👋🥰 For dry and sensitive skin, it's good to choose a primer that is fragrance-free and without strong essential oils. e.l.f. Power Grip Primer is moisturizing, but contains menthol and peppermint, which can irritate sensitive skin 🤍 A gentler alternative is lyko.com/en/makeup/face/primer/isadora-glow-face-primer-30-ml, which is gentle and good for dry skin 🫧 Take care!

    Insanely good

Very good if you like to have glowy makeup, if you have a lot of skincare under the primer then your makeup stays on really all day! Highly recommend if you like glowy/dewy makeup.
