β¨ First impression WOW! π€© I personally use Milk's primer, so this will be a comparison with this one. I must say that I am very impressed! I get the same nice grip effect with Elf even though they are in completely different price ranges. I also think that Elf actually dries myyyuch faster, which is always good, I usually don't have that much time nowadays when I do my makeup π π€± About me I have dry skin that leans towards sensitive. I usually choose base products that are moisturizing and give glow. The makeup usually sits fairly well, but by the afternoon I can get shiny in the t-zone. π My thoughts and experiences So impressed that the primer dries quickly ππ» I love the tube, it feels smooth, is easy to use, and you get the right amount out right away. The design is simple but nice. Feels nice and a bit cooling upon application, you can clearly feel the grip effect. A bit of a special sticky feeling, but then when you put on foundation, they blend so well! π€π€ I definitely think this is a great dupe for Milk's primer, I will most likely buy this more times! β¨ I still got a bit shiny in the t-zone by the afternoon/evening, I get that with all the other primers I've tested too. Who has NOT heard and seen a lot about #ELFCosmetics today & through American influencers!? π€© So freaking excited about the FOURTH product I get to try as a #LykoInflutester!!! π€© I added this to my makeup routine every morning for a week π€‘ I wanted to love it, but.. This fragrance-free primer comes in a simple tube with a pump for easier control of the amount. The consistency is like a firm gel, in a light green tone that doesnβt look green on the face. π€₯ π’Weird consistencyπ¬ I find it very hard to spread on my face due to its firm, stiff consistency. It felt more like trying to lay an even layer of brow gel/eyelash glue, it felt like my skin was being pulled and irritated.π¬ I got a bit red in the face from it, but thankfully the redness faded after a while. π€ It remains tacky/sticky, something that might not be for everyone, but many think it helps makeup stick better and last longer throughout the day, which I must agree with. π βΌοΈBUT.. Hereβs the absolute biggest problem. I used this every morning for 7 days, and started getting pimples. Like real, deep ones, not just little spots. I first connected it to stress, which Iβve had quite a bit of. Suddenly it hit me; Primer.
