I 🤖 it
✨ First impression WOW! 🤩 I personally use Milk's primer, so this will be a comparison with this one. I must say that I am very impressed! I get the same nice grip effect with Elf even though they are in completely different price ranges. I also think that Elf actually dries myyyuch faster, which is always good, I usually don't have that much time nowadays when I do my makeup 😅 🤱 About me I have dry skin that leans towards sensitive. I usually choose base products that are moisturizing and give glow. The makeup usually sits fairly well, but by the afternoon I can get shiny in the t-zone. 🏅 My thoughts and experiences So impressed that the primer dries quickly 🙏🏻 I love the tube, it feels smooth, is easy to use, and you get the right amount out right away. The design is simple but nice. Feels nice and a bit cooling upon application, you can clearly feel the grip effect. A bit of a special sticky feeling, but then when you put on foundation, they blend so well! 🤗🤖 I definitely think this is a great dupe for Milk's primer, I will most likely buy this more times! ✨ I still got a bit shiny in the t-zone by the afternoon/evening, I get that with all the other primers I've tested too. And in comparison to how it is without primer, I think it does a fantastic job! 👌🏻 🍁 Summary ➕ 🌹 Love that it's a tube 🌹 Keeps the makeup sitting well 🌹 The primer dries quickly ➖ I have nothing negative to say, I 🤖 it ✨💖 5/5 💖✨ #lykoinflutester #elfTranslated from swedish

😢Nice makeup, tired face & pimples😬
Who has NOT heard and seen a lot about #ELFCosmetics today & through American influencers!? 🤩 So freaking excited about the FOURTH product I get to try as a #LykoInflutester!!! 🤩 I added this to my makeup routine every morning for a week 🤡 I wanted to love it, but.. This fragrance-free primer comes in a simple tube with a pump for easier control of the amount. The consistency is like a firm gel, in a light green tone that doesn’t look green on the face. 🤥 😢Weird consistency😬 I find it very hard to spread on my face due to its firm, stiff consistency. It felt more like trying to lay an even layer of brow gel/eyelash glue, it felt like my skin was being pulled and irritated.😬 I got a bit red in the face from it, but thankfully the redness faded after a while. 🤠 It remains tacky/sticky, something that might not be for everyone, but many think it helps makeup stick better and last longer throughout the day, which I must agree with. 😌 ‼️BUT.. Here’s the absolute biggest problem. I used this every morning for 7 days, and started getting pimples. Like real, deep ones, not just little spots. I first connected it to stress, which I’ve had quite a bit of. Suddenly it hit me; Primer. I stopped using it, and within 2 days there was a noticeable difference again. 😩💨👋🏻 I have combination skin, with an oilier T-zone, and a stable skincare routine. 🤡Summary🤡 ➕ Tacky ➕ Vegan & Cruelty-free ➖ Consistency like brow gel/eyelash glue ➖ Causes pimples‼️ Unfortunately, this doesn’t get daily use from me, both due to the pulling on my face from the eyelash glue consistency and the pimples I’m not in the mood for. 😅 Maybe an occasional use 🤷🏽♀️✨ ⭐️⭐️But still, the makeup sat really wellTranslated from swedish

Water and silicone-based makeup?
I've heard that you shouldn't mix water-based and silicone-based makeup together? How important is it really? My foundation is silicone-based as well as the rest of the makeup, should I dare to try this primer together with the others?Translated from swedish
73 views- Customer service at Lyko2 daysHey Malva! 😊 Generally speaking, it can be good to keep in mind that some products may not "stick" as well to each other if they are based on different types of ingredients. When it comes to primers and foundation, it’s not always a problem to mix water-based and silicone-based products, as long as the products are compatible with your skin type and you like how they work together. Many times it’s more about trying and seeing what works for your skin. If your foundation is silicone-based and you want to try a water-based primer, it might be worth doing a test to see if you get the result you want 💌 The most important thing is to pay attention to how your skin reacts; if you get a good base and long wear without the products clumping or separating, there’s usually nothing to worry about! Hope this provides some clarity! Take care! 🤍1 likes

Good
Super long-lasting, but runs out quickly. Doesn't run out if you don't do makeup challenges. Don't do that with any product🤣260 viewsto leave a comment - 1 weekverified customer
Very good
Very good product that does what it’s supposed to. I always let it dry in for a couple of minutes before applying the rest of my makeup so that it can become sticky on the skin.Translated from swedish

Hi
Is it okay to combine it with the NARS Radiant Long Wear Foundation? And is it silicone or water-based?Translated from swedish
527 views- Customer service at Lyko3 weeksHey Sana 👋 You can definitely combine e.l.f. Power Grip Primer with NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation 😍 This foundation is primarily water-based, which makes them work well together. e.l.f primer creates a sticky surface and helps the foundation adhere better and last longer 🥰👍 Take care!
