A new favorite scent! š
As a Lykoinfluencer, I had the honor of testing Giorgio Armani, Power Of You Eau de Parfum šøš My first impression was that it didnāt smell at all like I had imagined, but yum! What an exciting, fruity & lovely scent! At first, it is very tangy, (almost too much I thought at first) until it settles, and then it smells both feminine, fruity, and floral but with a tangy note! A wonderful scent that I have come to love š I think it works just as well during the day as in the evening and I have become slightly obsessed š It makes me long for warm summer evenings or a sparkling spring day! A new favorite perfume!!! šš
I've wanted to buy Power Of You Eau de Parfum ever since it was launched, so I was incredibly happy when I finally got it. I had built up high expectations, but it actually managed to exceed them and has quickly become one of my absolute favorite perfumes. The first thing I notice is the juicy passion fruit that gives a fresh and lively opening. After a while, the beautiful frangipani comes through and makes the scent softer and more feminine before it settles into a creamy base of Madagascar vanilla. The combination becomes tropical, warm, and elegant without feeling too sweet or heavy. It really develops nicely throughout the day, and the scent feels both modern and luxurious. I'm a big perfume fan and have tried many different scents over the years, so it takes quite a lot for a perfume to stand out to me. This is one of those scents that I constantly want to reach for, whether it's for everyday use or when I want to feel a little extra dressed up. The longevity is also really good on me. I can still smell it several hours after application, and it stays nicely on both skin and clothes. It gets softer the longer it sits but never completely disappears, which I really appreciate. If you like fruity gourmand scents with a creamy vanilla base and a sophisticated floral note, I really think this one is worth trying. My new favorite
A fantastically balanced and sophisticated fragrance that feels deep, pleasant, and incredibly elegant. Itās not too sweet or sharp, and it smells wonderful! I think it smells amazing on the skin. š What I probably like best is how incredibly well-balanced it is. It avoids the trap of being overwhelming or heavy. Just enough for a nice scent without being cloying or too much. āØ It has a lovely warmth but never becomes too sweet or stickyš . The sweetness is subdued and elegant.š The fragrance has a pleasant projection ("not too strong"), which makes you feel nicely scented all day without it being too much for those around you.š At the same time, it feels incredibly deep, cozy, and lovelyāļø. The scent has a complexity that makes it feel exclusive and embracing, and I feel very luxurious when I wear it. ā¤ļø I think this is an incredibly versatile fragrance. Because itās neither too intense nor too sweet, it works just as well as a signature scent for everyday use as for evenings and special occasions. Passion Fruit Perfume
This one gets three out of five āļø from me. What I like about the perfume šš¼ - lasts all day - unique - it smells strong so you only need a little, which makes it last longer š - the bottle is nice What I like less about it šš¼ - itās expensive - it only smells like passion fruit, I thought you would smell more of the vanilla. If youāre a passion fruit lover, you will love this perfume!! Unfortunately, I canāt carry the scent, so thatās why it drops in rating for me. Really passionfruit-y
I was so excited when I got this to test because Iāve heard so many good things about it and it seems like itās been one of the most popular scents this summer! š I had previously smelled this in the store and thought about buying it but never did, luckily, because now I got it to test and I have to admit I havenāt used it much myself. Iāve tried to keep using it but in my opinion the scent is too fruity sweet and the passionfruit really comes out strongly! I really wanted to love this one! š„¹š I actually like the opening very much; itās warm, masculine, and incredibly promising. But unfortunately, this is a perfume Iāve never quite managed to be friends with. š After it has had some time to develop on my skin, a note emerges that simply doesnāt suit my taste. I canāt quite put my finger on what it is, but it gets a slightly sour character on my skin that makes me not feel completely comfortable wearing it. š Iāve really given it several chances! š Iāve tested it on different parts of my skin, on clothes, and on various occasions, but the experience is unfortunately the same every time. That obviously doesnāt mean itās a bad perfume, quite the opposite! ā¤ļø Perfume is incredibly personal, and skin chemistry plays a huge role. What smells absolutely fantastic on one person can develop completely differently on another. Sweet and spicy
Oh armani you have done it once againš A womanly, Elegant yet sweet and spicy perfume that lasts all day long and continues to develop on your skin like a dream! šāļø The initial smell of this can be a bit overwhelming but once it settles down its the yummiest mix of warm Madagascar vanilla and gourmandy florals with notes of passionfruitšŗ Through out the day the vanilla comes out more and more which I absolutely loveš The bottle has a nice hand feel and the atomizer has a wide mist for super easy applicationā A super intriguing scent that I can highly suggest you to try out especially if you are looking for a more unique scentāØ Dont be scared of the first spray! A wonderful scentššš
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor to test a perfume, and the one I received was āThe power of YOUā from Emporio Armani. I have for many years used āAqua di Gio Armani,ā which I like, so I was curious to try another perfume from Armani, which is completely new to me. I am 44 years old and rarely wear perfume daily (because of my job) but like to wear perfume on other occasions. I am drawn to somewhat romantic, floral, sweeter feminine scents, not too strong or too deep. A perfume for celebrations can have a bit of intensity. The first impression of the packaging is beautiful and feminine, with the red/pink shade and gold text. The bottle is beautiful, looks luxurious, and I like the red shade of the liquid. The scent is warm, sensual, and feminine. I detect vanilla and a bit of citrus. It is not too strong, just right for my taste. A little floral and mysterious. The scent lasts into the next day, and I can smell the lovely scent in the morning when I wake up. Incredible! I will use this as a perfume on weekends and at celebrations since the sensual scent fits best then. I thank you for the opportunity to test it and will definitely use this perfume, as it appealed to me a lot. Highly recommended! Lovely and unique fragrance!
Really surprising perfume! The bottleās appearance gives the impression that itās meant for evening use, a bit sexier and heavier. In reality, the top notes were very fruity, like a fresh summer drink or Solero ice cream. One of the top notes is passion fruit, so that makes sense! Also, the scent improves even more when you let it settle on the skin, bringing out the vanilla note more strongly. I also asked my boyfriend to share his opinion on this new release, and he liked it a lot too. Passion fruit and vanilla = match made in heavenš The bottleās look isnāt to my taste, so Iām taking off one star. But the scent is so good that I will definitely continue using it! My perfect evening scent!
I have also had the honor to test this lovely perfume from #armani as #lykoinflutesterš Perfume is an interesting topic and I like good scents, but I don't always find it easy to find scents that suit me and my migraine. But this scent has not disturbed my migraine and it smells lovelyš I would describe the scent as: āļøelegant āļøfruity āļøsensual āļøvanilla-like after a while āļøevening scent for me Nice bottle with a luxurious capāØ Available in several different sizes, which is also a plus. I got the bottle in 50ml size so it will last me a good whileš I am the kind of person who is satisfied with 2 perfume sprays per use, not someone who sprays 10 times all over the bodyš but that might be because I am a bit scent sensitive. I also think this scent lasts very long.
