A new favorite scent! 😍
As a Lykoinfluencer, I had the honor of testing Giorgio Armani, Power Of You Eau de Parfum 🌸🍒 My first impression was that it didn’t smell at all like I had imagined, but yum! What an exciting, fruity & lovely scent! At first, it is very tangy, (almost too much I thought at first) until it settles, and then it smells both feminine, fruity, and floral but with a tangy note! A wonderful scent that I have come to love 💖 I think it works just as well during the day as in the evening and I have become slightly obsessed 😍 It makes me long for warm summer evenings or a sparkling spring day! I recorded the video yesterday, and I of course "had to" include text, not just speech, so everyone has the chance to enjoy the review, regardless of nationality. ☺️ I usually read the product description and see how well it matches my perception. Yesterday I recorded the video, and today I read the product description. I wanted to first get my own opinion without being influenced by what was described. So to the important part: Perfumes are something I love! But they are also very difficult (in my opinion) to review, as I find it hard to describe scents. Armani’s Power of you gives me a very fruity first impression. And that is the most prominent scent note in the perfume. The fruity scent stays all the time without disappearing. After a while, I notice a scent of vanilla (which I couldn’t quite identify in the video). And according to the description, passion fruit is the first thing described. Check on that! ✔️ Then comes frangipani (which I had to google to find out what it was). 😂 It is a tropical plant with fragrant flowers. Do I smell frangipani? Unclear, but definitely fragrant. Could be from flowers. So check on that! ✔️ Lastly, Madagascar vanilla is described. And yes, check on that too! ✔️ Armani’s Power of you is a truly fantastic scent! 🙌 I, who usually like light, floral perfumes/scents, love this one, even though it’s not only floral. The fruity note is the most prominent. But it is light, soft, and "round" in scent. And it suits both day and evening. Beyond expectations 🌺
I usually don't like perfumes with passion fruit as I almost always think they can smell like sweat, but this one was an exception! A really nice summer perfume Smells fresh with a lot of passion fruit in the beginning and then it settles and becomes a bit soft & sweet, a really such scent that you can't stop sniffing when you wear it Fruity and fresh but still sweet, deep and cozy. Won't buy again
A scent explosion of passion fruit and vanilla! A warm undertone that blends nicely. But it doesn't last long at all. On my skin, it was constantly changing, from sweet and full-bodied to almost sour and vulgar. The cap needs to be screwed on a bit, as it has grooves that follow the bottle's shape. The design is lovely, neat, delicate, and appears a bit more exclusive for being a "budget" perfume. A definite summer scent that suits a warm environment, especially in the evening. The spray is quick and dense, and it WILL STAIN your clothes, so let it dry well before dressing. In the end, I feel this was a bad purchase, so I recommend trying it in-store before buying. New favorite
A rather warm and soft scent with a bit of tartness and a certain depth. Not heavy in any way and the scent doesn’t sting the nose. Smells really good and on moisturized skin it lasts a long time. Settles well into clothes, smells for several days. Got this from my dad and was soooooo happy about it! But this one I didn't feel was balanced at all, simply🤔 Passion fruit mixed with nauseating vanilla, didn't work together. If the passion fruit scent had been alongside fresh flowers, it would have been a fresh and lovely fragrance. I just think the composition of this turned out completely crashed because of the heavy vanilla that comes after a short time. Such a shame.1 product in post A little disappointed with this2535 views
