As #lykoinflutester I got to try this heat protectant from #ghd and now you’re going to read my review! 🤗 I had high expectations for this since #ghd generally has high-quality products, but unfortunately, I don’t think the heat protectant lives up to the mark. It’s a handy and nice bottle with a good spray nozzle that makes it apply evenly over the hair, but you really need to know where you have the product, because if you accidentally take more layers, I find it becomes very stiff in those spots, like patches. And when I curl my hair with a flat iron, it feels like a “chop” in those areas, which I haven’t experienced with other heat protectants. The scent is magical, you should know that! 🤤 And that’s positive, but for this price, it’s still not worth it since I use heat protectants that are significantly cheaper. Made my hair greasy
My hair often got a bit greasy when I used my straightener after applying this spray. I bought a heat protectant from this brand maybe a few years ago, and back then I thought it was amazing, but now it seems like they've changed the formula, which didn't make it any better.
