For best results, it can help to fully wet the sponge and then squeeze it out so it’s slightly damp – not too wet and not too dry. Feel free to use dabbing motions instead of dragging, as this helps the base to adhere better. It can also be good to work in thin layers and let the CC cream or primer set for a minute before applying, which reduces the risk of the makeup "crumbling"✨ Tip! A light mist of setting spray on the sponge can also help the finish become smoother and last longer.
