Good kohl for a good price
It’s hard to find a nice kohl pencil for budget, especially considering how little the pencils generally last. This has a good texture and when sharpening doesn’t break. Mind that for the best results it’s good to set the kohl pencil with the shadows. #lykoreviewTranslated from norwegian
