Synthetic Hair Extensions
-Avoid sleeping or exercising with synthetic hair in; always remove before hitting the bed. This not only preserves the hair quality but also ensures a comfy sleep.
-Wash the hair as infrequently as possible; airing it out overnight is often enough if it feels less than fresh. Steer clear of styling products on the extensions; reserve those for your natural hair.
-Before washing with lukewarm water, gently brush to detangle. Apply a gentle shampoo and massage softly, avoiding any circular motions that might cause tangles. Use a detangling conditioner and brush through the hair.
-To dry, shake off excess water and gently squeeze with a towel, then let it air dry to minimize damage. Remember, no rubbing, just squeezing.
-Once dry, brush gently with a boar bristle brush or a wide-toothed comb.
-This hair is crafted from Synthetic Fibre, and we advise against styling with heat tools. We cannot be held responsible for damage from straightening or heat styling.

Care for Real Hair Extensions
Cleaning and Brushing
-Always let the extensions air dry after washing; if you must, use a blow dryer on a low setting, keeping it about 30 cm away. Never sleep with damp hair.
-Detangle thoroughly before washing. If you have keratin strand extensions, gently separate the bonds with your fingers to prevent clumping.
-Shower with care, massaging shampoo in downward strokes. Rinse well and avoid hot water; lukewarm is best. Use a moisturizing conditioner and comb through. Wash only as needed to reduce wear.
-Opt for Poze Luxury Hair Care for cleaning and maintenance. Our products are safe for both your extensions and natural hair. Use a hair mask bi-monthly as needed, but avoid heavy products too frequently. Never apply conditioner or masks near the bonds as it can cause slipping.
-Daily brushing is a must, starting from the ends. Boar bristle brushes are recommended for extensions. Detangle with a wide-toothed comb when wet, but ideally, brush when dry. Always support the bond area when brushing.

Styling
-Feel free to curl and straighten your extensions. Treat them as you would your natural locks, but remember to be gentle and always use silicone-free heat protectants. Limit the use of straighteners or blow dryers to keep the hair from wearing out too quickly.
-Avoid direct contact with curling or flat irons on keratin bonds to prevent melting. Also, steer clear of heat on bonds from other types of extensions.
-Avoid hairsprays with alcohol and styling products with silicones or alcohol, as they can damage the hair.

Avoid
-Tying your hair in braids overnight can cause damage due to twisting and rubbing. Use a tie without metal and never sleep with wet hair. Give it another brush in the morning.
-Exposure to strong sun, heat, chlorinated or salt water can weaken bonds and wear out the hair. Saltwater and chlorine can cause significant tangling and discoloration in blonde hair. Rinse with fresh water after exposure and use protective masks and leave-in products. Better yet, avoid wetting the hair altogether. We are not liable for extensions damaged by sun or water exposure.
-Limit the use of heavy products like masks and oils to about twice a month. Greasy products can cause the strands to stick together and tangle.
-Toning, coloring, or any chemical treatment is done at your own risk. We advise against such treatments as the extensions are already processed. Damaged hair from chemical treatments will not be replaced.

Care for Clip & Go Extensions
-Do not sleep with Clip & Go Extensions in; remove them for a better night's sleep and to avoid unnecessary wear.
-Take them out before exercising to keep them fresh and reduce washing frequency.
-If the hair feels unclean, airing it out might suffice. Wash only when necessary, towel dry gently, then let it air dry. Brush once dry.
