    Hair remained waxy despite washing

    I applied the product to my scalp and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing. I washed my hair three times with a clarifying shampoo and also used a massage brush to ensure my scalp was thoroughly cleaned. Despite all this, my hair remained waxy :(

    I bought this because I have a very sensitive scalp that often ends up being sore/painful. (I don't struggle with dandruff, so this was only bought for sensitivity) - I noticed already after the first wash of my hair that my scalp is calmed and less uncomfortable - both the same day and days after. As pointed out in other feedback here, it is very runny and it's hard not to use too much, so personally mine has run out quickly because I struggle with the same, therefore I deduct one star for that, but it has improved my problem ♥

A lightweight serum that helps to remove flakes and itchiness through gently exfoliating the scalp, balance oil production and reduce redness.
Salicylic Acid works to remove flakes through gently exfoliating the scalp, and similarly to its role in skincare, it also helps to  balance  oil levels  production.  The two other ingredients,  FLUIDIPURE™ 8G   and PANTHENOL respectively  help to reduce scalp’s redness and to hydrate and moisturise the scalp and hair.

Use:
Use Salicylic Acid Scalp Treatment as pre-shampoo treatment (before you wash your hair) on either wet or dry scalp.
Shake the bottle before use.
Use the nozzle to apply directly onto scalp and use your fingertips to rub in.
Apply enough to cover entire scalp.
Leave on for 10 minutes then wash hair as normal.
Use 1 - 2 times a week.
