Exactly what I needed!
Covered what had gotten dirty and gave a very nice shine. Probably not that economical, but a very good price! The pictures are before and after1 product in post Exactly what I needed!12048 views - Most helpful negativeThe post was made 8 monthsRating: 1 out of 5verified customer
Yuck!
Yuck!! Got striped hair with blue highlights 😭1 product in post Yuck!7992 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 8 monthsHey Emma 🌸 The blue/green shift that is seen in the hair after using Wella Color Fresh Mask in the shade Cool Espresso is probably due to the hair being too light or porous in certain areas before application. What are you doing now, because I understand that you want to get rid of this as soon as possible. A clarifying shampoo can help draw out excess pigments. Mild warm color treatments (like beige or light gold tones) can help neutralize the blue-green without making the hair orange. Avoid cool color masks until the tone is balanced. As mentioned below, get help from our hairdressers, ask and consult, they are the best 🙋♀️😍2 likes

Results as Expected!
I tried this color mask last night and I'm pretty okay with the result. I actually have quite light blonde, dyed hair and the length goes down below my breasts. I assume that since this is a color mask, you should probably apply it to damp hair, but in my experience, it always gives better results if you have it on dry hair. I also hadn't washed my hair for about five days before because they were busy retiling my bathroom 🙄, but I've heard that color sticks better to dirty hair than to freshly washed. I don't know, I'm really no hair expert, but apparently it worked. I left the color mask in for a little over an hour, thinking the longer the better 😇 However, it took a lot more product for dry hair than it would have for damp, I used almost the whole tube. I also had half a jar of Directions hair dye in the shade Pastel Pink that I added in at the same time. I like that there were some color variations and I almost wish I had more of it. My hair feels fresh and nice after this mask, I have nothing negative to say about the formulation as such. But I think the pigmentation was a bit weak, but this is really a matter of taste. I like a lot of color in my hair, so I almost wished for even more. We'll see how long it lasts, but honestly, I don't have high expectations since it's just a color mask. But it's fun to change things up a bit! I also think the price is very reasonable for what you get. Please don't mind how my makeup looks in the pictures, I've been lying around sleeping all day 🫠 #lykoreview #wella1 product in post Results as Expected!60 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Does it cover gray hair?
I have Asian dark dark brown almost black hair and I'm starting to get a little gray hair on the sides. Do you think Cool Espresso would suit me and does it cover gray hair? Cool espresso or Chocolate?
I have naturally dark brown, quite cool hair that I have dyed warm ginger at the hairdresser for a few years until last winter when we put on a dark brown color to work back towards my natural. Now it has been a few months since I was at the hairdresser, and the red is starting to shine through again, and I would like to put on a mask to bring out some of the dark brown again before my next hairdresser visit. Cool espresso looks darker than I think I want (and looks like it turns green on light highlights, so maybe it makes the red green?), but chocolate feels like it could also enhance the red, which color is best for me?1 product in post Cool espresso or Chocolate?769 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 2 weeksHey Emma! 👋🏼😊 If you want to tone down the red without risking it turning green or getting too dark, I would choose Chocolate over Cool Espresso. Cool Espresso is quite cool and deep and can give a slightly greener tone on warmer or lighter areas. Chocolate is softer in pigment and helps to calm down the red while still keeping a brown feel. Apply to towel-dried hair and let it sit for a while to get an even refresh until your next salon visit 🥰 Have a nice day 🤎

A more sustainable variant?
Hi! Is there a more sustainable toner or hair color that resembles this Caramel Glaze? I want caramel-blonde at level 7/8 (currently have 9), and I don't want any yellow or copper tones.1 product in post A more sustainable variant?879 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 3 weeksHey Sandra Sanni Amanda! 👋🏼😊 A caramel-like shade contains both golden and copper pigments. For a more durable color that is close to Caramel Glaze, I would recommend Montibello Denuee 8.34. It gives a soft, caramel blonde tone with a nice balance so it doesn't feel too warm 🥰 lyko.com/sv/montibello/montibello-denuee-8.34 If you want the result to lean a bit more towards the neutral and muted side, you can instead check out 8.36, which gives a slightly cooler feel but still retains the creamy blonde ✨ lyko.com/sv/montibello/montibello-denuee-8.36 Take care 🤍

Different prices
Why are the colors pink and pink blush much more expensive than the others?1 product in post Different prices1389 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHi Lie, Great question! ❤️ For the majority of our assortment, it is the purchase price that determines the selling price. That said – there are also parts of our assortment where we practice "dynamic pricing". This means that prices are automatically adjusted based on various factors, such as demand, timing, or competition, which allows prices to adapt to always be as fair and competitive as possible. This could be a reason why the prices on the colors vary 😊 Take care!

More durability?
Is this shade available in any more durable toning? Maybe a shade lighter but that is a bit ashy natural brown/light brown1 product in post More durability?1373 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Perfect for Dimming Red Tones
This was really good for dimming red tones in brown hair, but you have to be a little careful if you have light brown sections in your hair because it can shift to green. But otherwise really good and covers the red shades nicely. (Cool espresso)1 product in post Perfect for Dimming Red Tones1200 views - The post was made 1 month
Uncolored hair?
Can it work on uncolored hair that is sun-bleached? I want to get my golden-brown hair back to the cooler tones.1 product in post Uncolored hair?1254 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Maria 💌 Wella Professionals Color Fresh Mask Cool Espresso can definitely be used on uncolored hair that has been sun-bleached, and it’s a great choice if you want to tone down warm, golden shades and achieve a cooler result. The mask provides a light color and care at the same time, so you can gradually work towards the cooler tone you want without it being too intense. Have a lovely day ahead💫
