My tired home-dyed hair loves this product! Feels like you just came from the salon when you rinse it out. What shine! And the color shade I use on my medium brown/highlighted hair is Caramel glaze. Copper/brown. And I skip the recommended 5-10 min, letting it sit for up to 30 min. If you want to keep the shade fresh, I would say every 3 weeks. I tested this mask in the color caramel glaze on my blonde striped hair and the color turned out absolutely gorgeous! I had the mask on for about 7 minutes and used gloves to distribute the color in my hair. It was easy to achieve an even result, and the mask gives a lot of shine and hold in the hair. Leave the mask on for 10 min for a slightly darker result. Washes out gradually after 2-3 washes!
