My hair: •Thin •Frizzy •Curls My thoughts: I usually don’t use heat protect spray on dry hair since I often style my hair the same day I wash it! Then I always use it on wet hair. But I really like this one! And it smells magically good! It has a sleek design! And these two products together are a dream! As #lykoinflutester I got to try this heat protectant from #ghd and now you’re going to read my review! 🤗 I had high expectations for this since #ghd generally has high-quality products, but unfortunately, I don’t think the heat protectant lives up to the mark. It’s a handy and nice bottle with a good spray nozzle that makes it apply evenly over the hair, but you really need to know where you have the product, because if you accidentally take more layers, I find it becomes very stiff in those spots, like patches. And when I curl my hair with a flat iron, it feels like a “chop” in those areas, which I haven’t experienced with other heat protectants. The scent is magical, you should know that! 🤤 And that’s positive, but for this price, it’s still not worth it since I use heat protectants that are significantly cheaper. For blow-drying and curling?
If I use this before blow-drying, do I need to apply again if I want to curl my hair right after? The comment was made 2 monthsHey Lisa! 😊 I would recommend applying the heat protectant again if you first blow-dry your hair and then want to curl it right after, especially if you used it on damp hair before blow-drying. It can also be good if you want really good protection before a curling session 🙌 Spray from root to tip on towel-dried hair, comb through, and blow-dry. If you want extra long-lasting curls, you can do a light "top-up" mist over the lengths before curling. Take care!

So nice heat protectant
This heat protectant from GHD is really my go-to that I often buy again as soon as it runs out. I love the scent that feels luxurious. I find it easy to distribute and I have never experienced any residue on my hair after using it! The only problem I've had with this is that after a while it can "clog" again in the applicator, but it has been easy to remedy with a cotton swab.
