    Nice pen with good function

I got to test L'Oreal's Infallible Faux Brow Pen in the color dark blonde. I have very thin brows but many hairs, so it was a bit tricky on my brows. I think it looks nicer on someone who has more ”flat” brows. I liked the color and it was easy to use despite having two strokes. I was surprised at how incredibly well it stays on and still easy to wash off when it was time to remove all the makeup. I will definitely continue to use this pen and I think that once you get the technique down, it will only get better and better results :) The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    Cool product

I think it's a cool product, but in my opinion, as someone who is not a beauty professional, it's hard to get it right. It doesn't look nice on me, and this is not a product I will continue to buy. I stick to my brow pencil 😀 The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

Great formula but needs a little practice for a nice application

I got the chance to try this pencil via Smartson. My brows are very light (just like my hair and skin), which is why I easily look very heavily made up and angry with too dark eyebrows. At the same time, I would like to enhance them so they don’t disappear completely. I tried the shade blonde and I really like how easily the color comes out. I have tried pencils before where you really had to press to get results, that is not needed with this one. It also creates strokes that, if you get them right, look natural. However, it is also very easy to end up with too much for me. Too much and dark color even though I used the shade blonde, too much “stroke feeling” so it looks drawn on top. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and will continue to use it, but I need to practice the application more to achieve a balanced and natural look.

    Blonde

I tested the Loreal paris infaillible faux brow pen in the shade 338 blonde. Good color and easy to wash off, but since it is waterproof and like a marker, it was hard to use the spoolie brush to blend and soften it. I have thin lengths at the ends of my brows, and it was difficult to get it right without looking too defined. It requires a bit of technique to get it right since it has two tips. I think it would have been easier with one tip. I prefer a regular eyebrow pencil, but this was good for filling in and fixing the last touches. It would have been nice to have more testing time since it was only a couple of days ago that it arrived. Nothing for me

I tested the L’Oréal Paris Infaillible Faux Brow Pen in the shade blonde. I am red-haired, so my own brows are very light and thin with hair only at the front. This pen was extremely difficult to maneuver, I think, and no matter how I did it, the result was not pretty. When I was too light-handed, nothing happened, and when I pressed a little harder, the painted strands became too thick. Out to the side where I have no own strands, it looked unnatural. I experienced that the color darkened a bit when it dried, which I did not appreciate. The only positive thing I have to say about the product is that the durability is good. Nice but a bit hard to use

The eyebrow pencil has a really nice color. The shade was good, I have quite light eyebrows and now they are more visible. The consistency is just creamy enough and gives an even result once you get the technique down. However, I found the pencil a bit hard to use at first, the double tip requires a light hand to avoid getting too much color at once. With a little practice, it will surely be good, I haven't quite gotten the hang of it yet after a few days of use, but I need to keep practicing. Overall a good product that gives nice eyebrows. Practical and simple

I was curious about the double tip to start with, but it was very easy to maneuver as soon as I got the right technique. I would have preferred a stronger pigmentation, but I understand that it is individual. For me personally, I have very dark strands but also an old brow tattoo that has lost its sharpness, so I use it to fill in and enhance where needed, and also to achieve a bit fluffier brows. I have tested many brands and will definitely buy this again as it speeds up the process with the double tip. I also prefer this ink variant over powders and pencils and such; being able to draw strands I think is best. I have used it daily for about a week but would have preferred to have a bit more testing time. It was tested in the rain yesterday and there was no smudging or running, so it gets a thumbs up for that too. Good formula, but a bit hard to use

I tested the color blonde. I myself am red-blonde and the color was perfect for me, which means it’s probably too warm for someone with cooler hair color. Overall, I think this is a good product that gives a nice and durable result once you get used to using it. One problem I had was that the color didn’t go all the way down to the tips. It was hard to get thin, fine streaks, which I need because my hair strands are very thin. In summary, I liked the formula and the color, but not the applicator as much. Njaaa

I tested the Faux Brow Pen 388 Blonde and I'm not really convinced. I liked the pen itself - easy to apply, the brush was soft, and the color showed up right away without any problems. In a second, the brow was done. But the color wasn't that pretty. It depends a bit on the person and what preferences they have, but I found the color quite warm-toned and it made my eyebrow more orange than blonde. In hindsight, I would probably have chosen a darker blonde and not the light one, alternatively used less color from the pen and blended it out with a cotton swab. I have to say I was positively surprised that the color lasted all day and was easy to wash off with makeup remover. Very good product

Wow what an eyebrow pencil! I have never used anything like this before. I immediately noticed that the application was super smooth and easy to make it look nice! I am a man who wants my eyebrows to look as natural as possible (because it doesn't suit my face for them to look painted) - and I only fill in where there are "missing" hairs. And this product really gives a natural look! I love that the strokes on the pencil are so thin that you only draw a little at a time. Then you build up with more where it’s needed. It doesn’t give that classic painted look on the eyebrows at all, but it looks super nice! I will definitely replace my existing brow gel with this! And it’s so affordable - you get a lot for your money! The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    Pretty okay but...

Not for me. I tried the L'Oréal Paris Infaillible Faux Brow Pen 392 Light Brunette which is a good color for a blonde. The consistency was okay, but a bit hard to work with. I will continue to dye my brows once a month and then fill in with brow pencil.

    Satisfied

I have used the pencil a number of times and think it gets better and better. When I was younger, I plucked my eyebrows a lot, and now I let them grow out more, but they are still a bit thin. The pencil works quite well for filling in my own eyebrows, but it does take a bit of technique. The color lasts all day and is easy to remove in the evening. Color-wise, it matches well, and I think it meets my expectations. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.
