Quick on the Glow ✨
Okay, this one’s earned its spot in my everyday makeup bag. As a busy mom, I need a base that’s quick, forgiving, and doesn’t feel like a whole production — and this delivers. The balm texture melts into the skin so easily. It gives that glowy, no-makeup makeup look I love, and because it’s got hyaluronic acid, my skin actually feels hydrated rather than dry and cakey by the end of the day. Shade 3 blended in beautifully and warmed up nicely once it settled. It’s lightweight coverage, so if you want full-glam it’s not that — but for casual days, school runs, or a quick date with the baby in tow, it’s perfect. I even blend it out with a bit of serum for extra dew. Would I repurchase? 100%. It’s become my go-to quick base. Amazing product!
This is an absolutely amazing product! Was skeptical, but oh, how positively surprised I was :) Super color and the texture is creamy and just the right hardness/softness so it’s easy to take the foundation brush and use! It melts into the skin without caking or crumbling and can be built up for more coverage if you want. The skin looks even and nice. In my picture, I have the product on half of my face so you can see how good it is – my skin is very red but it covers and gives the skin a nice tone! Very Scandinavian (yellow)
L’Oréal Paris True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm in the shade Neutral Light 2.5 Clicked on another "shade" and the whole review disappeared. The texture was a bit creamy-sticky, not my favorite. It moisturized, but still felt like a film on the skin. For 6 hours, then I didn’t want to use it anymore. Very yellow tone, I know thanks to TikTok that it’s quite trendy for white Americans and Scandinavians to go more yellow, wouldn’t say I think it looks good. At least I got a compliment on the makeup, but then I had also used a lighter matte powder on the chin, forehead, and cheeks. Would I give a lighter shade a chance? Yes, if I got it for free too. I’ll use this one up now, but wouldn’t buy it again according to my overall rating. But right now I’m mixing two different shades from two different companies to get the perfect texture and color, so sorry this one wasn’t perfect. Cool concept but not recommended because there are better products out there for cheaper and because it’s not cruelty free!
A little about me: combination skin with a T-zone. Don’t like heavy, cakey products on the face, prefer matte over shiny finish. This is a somewhat unique foundation product – the best way I can describe it is a bit like a BB cream in cake form! Melts upon application and becomes like a lightly covering serum. I was a bit worried the shade would be too dark for my skin tone, but this product is very lightly pigmented. That’s also the weak point: I didn’t notice much difference with or without the product. For my skin, it mostly added shine, which I don’t like. Also, it’s not cruelty free🐇💔. There are better products out there for cheaper, so not recommended. ➕️ Cool concept – BB cream in cake form! ➕️ Practical packaging with built-in mirror and puff ➕️ Fits most skin tones as it’s lightly pigmented ➖️ Don’t notice much difference, mostly becomes shiny. ➖️ Doesn’t cover redness, dark circles, fine lines, large pores, etc. If you want light coverage, it’s easier to use concealer on desired areas and blend out! ➖️ The included puff isn’t very practical – easier to apply with fingers since warmth is needed for the product to melt. L'Oréal Paris True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm
I give this product 3 out of 5 stars. The formula feels pleasant on the skin and is easy to apply. It has a soft, moisturizing feel and evens out the skin tone in a natural way without feeling heavy. The coverage is quite light, which works best if you want a subtle result, which I personally really appreciate. The biggest downside is the very limited shade range. It makes it difficult to find a color that truly blends into your own skin tone and lowers the overall impression. Otherwise, it’s a nice product for a natural everyday makeup. Can recommend! Top product - I love it!
I give L'Oréal Tinted Balm five plus. The product really stays in place all day without feeling heavy or cakey on the skin. It gives a natural and nice glow and blends beautifully with the skin, resulting in an even and fresh finish. The formula feels light and comfortable while providing just the right coverage for a natural look. After a whole day, the skin still looks hydrated and fresh. The only downside is that the shade range feels quite limited. I would have liked to see more options so that even more people can find a perfect match. Since this is my new favorite, I bought a darker shade to match my tan but find the shades very light. Despite that, it is a fantastic product that I will definitely buy again. Compact product that makes it difficult, but perfect shade
Use it with the included applicator or something similar, then it’s easier to work in. When applied with a makeup sponge, it was hard to work in and gave a “heavy” impression on the face as the product is too compact. It got better when warmed up with the fingers once applied to really even it out. It covered better than I thought it would. What I liked about it is the color (no. 3) since it’s hard to find a good base when you are light olive/neutral; often they are too cold, too warm, or too dark in tone. Hard to work with
