The post was made 1 yearsRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testareAwesome!The last #lykoinflutester assignment of the year is this series from L'oréal, and here are my thoughts on the mask, first a bit of info about my hair: • My scalp gets oily quickly, but the lengths are a bit dry. • Thin and lacks volume. • Losing quite a bit of hair. • I dye my hair at home, about every 6 weeks. • Hard municipal water. I initially found it a bit confusing that you shouldn't use any conditioner but this mask instead. From what I understand, this mask is a bit more effective than a regular conditioner and is probably needed since the feeling after shampooing is a bit detox-like (even though the shampoo isn't a pure detox shampoo). About the product: • Jar with a screw lid, not my favorite packaging in the shower. • Creamy, thick, and "cozy" consistency. Feels like a hug for the hair! • The scent is a minus for me. This citrus/lavender/"hay" thing is a real divider - you either love or hate the scent. • Short application time - big plus! However, better effect with longer application time. • Feels gentle but effective! • A little goes a long way. I accidentally (as usual) took way too much the first time, but then I noticed my hair felt heavy. The result: • Leaves hair soft and manageable. • With the right dosage, it doesn't weigh my hair down. • Leaves a nice shine, smooth, and no frizz. • As I mentioned about the shampoo, my hair gets oily faster, but I think that's due to the shampoo, not the mask, since I only have it in the lengths. Before I started testing the Metal DX series from L’Oréal Professional, my hair was dry and frizzy. It needed both moisture and shine. The hair mask comes in a classic jar that looks nice. It is economical in use and easily settles in the hair. If you have thin hair like me, I recommend being careful with the amount of product and ensuring it is thoroughly rinsed out. The product is so liquid that I personally would have preferred it to be in a bottle, as that would have made adjusting the amount during application easier. As mentioned in the title, the mask works very well for my hair type. I found that it became shinier and healthier. But.. and this is a big BUT, the entire Metal DX series smells, according to my partner and several of my friends' feedback, veeeery strong!! I simply had to give up testing after a week and a half, as I felt like I was walking around smelling like a men's wardrobe. The series smells very similar to Axe body spray for men, not a scent I personally prefer to be associated with. (I received several comments on this, without anyone knowing I had these products in.) So despite good results on my hair, I can only give it two stars, as the smell became way too intense. #Lykoinflutester #LorealPro1 product in post Works well, but smells strong!

The post was made 6 hoursRating: 5 out of 5I love it!!Lyko came out with an absolutely unbeatable Lyko Creator deal, and luckily I managed to buy it! 🤩 I have quite fine hair, but also quite a lot of it, and my hair is pretty dry especially at the ends due to treatments. Otherwise, I wish it had a bit more volume. This Metal DX hair mask is unbelievably good for my hair, it makes it easy to manage, shiny, and healthy-looking. Even though the mask is quite thick, it doesn’t make my hair look dirty or greasy, and I also think it makes the hair feel “thicker.” It has a pretty strong scent, which I find quite “masculine” or at least unisex, but not bad. You can easily continue with your regular shampoo and use the mask on the lengths after washing your hair 😊 The mask is designed to nourish the hair and help make it softer and smoother, so it can definitely be a nice addition to your hair care routine! It feels like my lengths don’t get dull as quickly with this product, especially when I’ve been abroad and swam a lot in chlorine, so for trips abroad I would recommend it, but at home it doesn’t make as much of a difference! The small 250 ml runs out quickly though, as my hair needs quite a bit of product. I do need to test it a bit more and more consistently to know for sure, but these are my first thoughts Love the shampoo in the same series and would say that if you have problems with discolored hair and quickly get dull color as a blonde, then you don’t necessarily need this product as well.1 product in post Good hair mask1579 views

Use:
