    Breaks easily, poor quality

    The side with the pen that you can twist up and down broke immediately without any force. The other side dried out after about 4-5 uses (I always had the cap on properly and also stood it up and down in my makeup stand). Totally terrible quality unfortunately. I received other products from Hickap that were broken upon delivery (including the Miracle Blur stick) and see that more people are complaining about the same issue, which gives zero expectations that you can buy a product again that doesn't break and maintains quality during use. Strange that they don't redo it and get it right. I have finished shopping from this brand.

    Nice color, broken pen

    Really nice color, but as many others have already said - the pen was broken upon delivery... it can still be used, but you have to be a bit careful as it falls out all the time.

    Good but poor quality

    I think the product is good and that it has a nice color, etc. Unfortunately, the side that you can twist up and down broke right away, and the product itself was cracked when I received it, so I can only use the ”eyeliner” side. I think that is very bad and that it shouldn't happen. You also can't twist it up and down, so I can't twist up a new product.

    Poor quality

    Used this frequently a few years ago and was super satisfied. After a while, it was sold out everywhere, so I had to try something else. A few weeks ago, I saw that it was back in stock at hickap, so I ordered one. When I got it home, it was broken, the actual color you twist out had come off and fell out in pieces. Contacted customer service and got a new pen. This one was also defective.. I then asked for a refund instead, which I received. Will never buy again, even though I thought it was an incredibly good product when it actually worked 😢

Use:
