This toner is my holy grail for hydrated skin and Β«glass skinΒ» π I use this as the first step in the morning, and after cleansing at night. I haven't had any issues with dry skin really, but thought I'd test this out for fun. So! I didn't know my skin could be this soft and smooth! Makeup looks amazing now when I use this underneath. It's economical in use, takes a few drops and pats it on the skin, morning and night. Use:
Before application: Turn the bottle upside down so the layers mix.
