Great application brush
Very light consistency, glides on the skin and applies easily. Feels luxurious and featherlight on the skin, I really recommend this for those who want a lighter and airier feel on the skin. The application brush itself was very good and felt soft. I did my makeup and everything held up super nicely for a whole workday. So, no home run for me
I have been given permission by smartson to test skin ink from loreal Paris. I like the packaging and the applicator itself. However, I can't quite grasp how to use the product in the best way. I have used it on three different occasions and have tried applying it with fingers, a brush, or the packaging's applicator. The product dries very quickly, which makes it difficult for me to work with. I just can't get it even. Convenient packaging
The product gets 2.5 stars Strengths: Easy to apply Convenient packaging (easy to take with you) Good and comfortable brush Less good: Not particularly covering (used as concealer). Too little volume to be used as foundation and not particularly covering. My skin but better - perfect for a natural base
Thin and light finish with a serum-like formula. If you don't like the feeling of makeup on your skin, this product will fit you like a glove. The packaging feels luxurious and is incredibly gorgeous with the red metal finish. The applicator is generously sized and can therefore be used all over the face without any issues. I find that this concealer dries so well that you don't need to use powder on top. The product stays nice on the skin all day long. The only thing that brings the rating down a bit is that it doesn't cover blemishes. I have tested this product several times with different types of applications. I find that I get the best results when I use my fingers to spread the product on my face. I am positively surprised by how much I like this concealer, especially when I use it all over my face. Easy to apply but dry
I really liked the application brush, but unfortunately, this was way too dry for me - even though I have combination skin. It didn't apply evenly for me at all, which was a real shame because I liked the light consistency. One recommendation is to mix this with a moisturizer, or alternatively apply with a damp sponge, to achieve better results, especially for dry areas like the nose. I do not recommend it for people with dry skin. Tester!
I have tested L’Oréal Paris Infaillible Skin Ink and I like the sleek design and convenient packaging that feels easy to use. The consistency is thin and light. I used it under my eyes and over small blemishes that I wanted to cover. However, it dries very quickly, which made it difficult for me to blend it evenly across my face. As a spot concealer, it works well, but as a foundation, the result was a bit patchy. The quality feel is high, and the color blends nicely into the skin. Not for dry skin
I found the application to be somewhat difficult as not much product comes out from the applicator. It also dries quite fast, making it a bit hard to work with and to get the product evenly over the skin. However, it feels very natural and a bit powdery, and you don't feel overdone. I think it suits oily skin types best. It applies a bit unevenly and clings somewhat to the pores/lines despite using a primer and having well-moisturized and exfoliated skin before use. The coverage is quite okay considering the thin consistency. The before and after pictures may not be the best, but I still feel that the skin has achieved a more even tone in the after picture. New favorite
I am sold. After searching for a new foundation since my old one was discontinued, I have finally found one I like. This feels easy to apply and light on the skin while still providing good coverage. I have combination skin and tend to get either dry or oily with many other foundations, but not with this one. I will definitely buy another! Thin, covering, and long-lasting
I have mixed feelings, but overall it leans positive. First of all: it is really easy to apply! I use a damp sponge, and the product glides on evenly and nicely without clumping. The formula is thin but covering, which allows for a smooth base without feeling like a thick layer of makeup. It dries down quite quickly to a matte finish, which I like, but it also means you have to work in sections and be quick, otherwise it sets immediately. I found that it oxidized a bit during the day, so it looked a little darker after a couple of hours. It's worth considering if you're between two shades. What I've had a bit of trouble with is that it can emphasize dry areas, especially around the nose and chin. I have combination skin, so with the right primer and hydration, it works just fine, but it's probably not the best choice for very dry skin. It held up all day for me without needing touch-ups, which is a big plus. It really stays put, even in heat or if you get a bit oily. In summary: easy to apply, nice finish, and good longevity, but it requires a bit of prep work and speed when applying. I will definitely continue to use it, but not when my skin is at its driest. Dries very quickly
I have combination skin where the oiliest areas are in the T-zone of my face. I found it difficult to apply regardless of whether you use fingers, a beauty blender, or a brush. I have to take small amounts, otherwise it just becomes a brown spot. And trying to blend it out after it has dried is completely impossible! However, it is a bit too dark for my light skin. It really lasts all day but feels a bit sticky after a day's work. Would I recommend using it all over the face? No, but in certain areas absolutely.
