Works well but irritates my skin
Unfortunately, this irritates my sensitive skin. "Grippy" primers might not be the best for my skin, even though the one from Milk Makeup hasn't irritated my skin (their green grippy primer). I loved this at first and used it several days a week. Here are some tips👇 🩷 Use a thin layer of primer, too much can cause the foundation to slide or ball up. 🩷 Wait a little while before applying your foundation so the primer can set. 🩷 If the primer is silicone-based, some foundations may react differently! Is there silicone or any other comedogenic, clogging product in it? I assume that silicone is what can clog and cause irritation in the glow from Lumene that I'm currently using? Hickap gives me a hiccup at how good their products are! It’s long-lasting, and I really appreciate that it has a pump in combination with the tube as it makes it much easier to get the right amount out. Because you really don’t need much to cover the whole face. I also like that it gets just the right amount of sticky! The formula is easy to spread evenly over the face. The makeup really lasts all day. I’ve easily had the makeup on from 9-10 PM without it falling down three floors like it unfortunately does all too often otherwise. I use UV protection, hickap primer, the makeup, and finish with Hickaps setting spray. And I’ve only needed to dab a little powder on my nose and maybe a bit on my forehead, but not more than that. SUPER GOOD PRIMER, highly recommend this product, the makeup lasts all day and nothing disappears throughout the day, don’t even need to touch up the makeup.
