As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I had the honor of testing Love'n Layer French Lady Red from #LOVENLAYER 😍 When it comes to these incredibly beautiful red nails, it unfortunately turned out to be a total failure for me. It wasn't the product itself that was the issue, but rather that my own nails became shorter after the first Love’n Layer application. I had to file down my own nails, and when I tried to apply these french lady red layers, it went wrong - the french design ended up outside, and only the red remained. It looked strange and crooked, and I simply failed and eventually gave up. The pink ones lasted for two weeks and would have surely lasted at least another week - the red ones would have probably looked incredible if my own nails were longer. I have personally gone and bought another pack with the red design and will test it in a couple of weeks and simply update you 😂 Thanks to Lyko and Lovenlayers for the opportunity to test 😍🌟💜 sorry that I failed. 😏Translated from swedish

Not for me..
I got the chance to test some products from Love’n Layer! The first thing I tested was the LED lamp that belongs with it, along with the pink «stickers». My first impression was that the LED lamp was quite small, but there was enough space for my hand underneath. I had to leave my thumb out. The application of the stickers was totally fine, not too difficult. But none of the stickers fit my nails perfectly, so I had to stretch them a bit at the edges. After applying the stickers on a whole hand, it was under the LED lamp. I didn’t feel like the nails hardened properly, so I put them in the lamp for another round - but they were still quite soft… I clipped my nails, as I thought you could possibly use the nails as extensions - but that was impossible. The stickers were very thin. When I clipped them down to my own nail length, I put them back in the LED lamp. They never really got stiff and didn’t stick well. It was just to peel them off right away - which I think is quite bad 😅 I don’t have much experience with gel nails, but thought these were for beginners. The result looks totally okay, but the durability is too poor. When I first want to do something different with my nails than regular nail polish, I also prefer that I can get a bit more length than my natural nails. So these products were a total miss for me - but fun to test something new. I probably prefer «glue on» nails, as they last much longer and give a prettier result. I can definitely explore more with gel nails, but it won’t be these stickers for sure. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYERTranslated from norwegian

Very nice finish!
I had the honor of testing these layers as #LYKOINFLUTESTER from #LOVENLAYER My first impression of the packaging for this one was that the color seemed quite dull on the sticker on the packaging. But as soon as I opened it and started working on my nails, I loved the design! Simple and yet with a cooler twist on a French manicure. I have tested nail polish stickers before, but none that harden or can be shaped to fit your nails in that way. I used the brand's instructional video for the first layers I tested, and unfortunately, I didn't think that application worked very well. Mainly because it was difficult to file the edges if you don't cut to the shape first, then the application at the nail tips became quite poor. But since this was the second layers I tested, I cut the shape more and cured under the UV lamp before filing the edges and experienced a much better result. I like how quickly it goes to apply the layers as well as how you get a more even surface compared to nail polish. Very nice glossy finish and received many compliments at work. The downside of the product is that I found the edges quickly became worn if you used your nails to open things, etc. I also found that the application requires a bit of practice and that it’s probably what affects the durability of the result. I usually use press-on nails and prefer them as they give more length, and I find them more durable, but now for the summer, I will test the layers for toenails as I have a very uneven surface on my toenails and I really liked the look of this product!Translated from swedish

Works well but not really my style
A little about me: I love nail polish in all colors and designs but hate waiting for the drying time..😅 I find nail decorations difficult to achieve in general. These layers are clear red with a transparent part! I personally think they are best suited for embellishing a single nail (rather than using them on all nails). The application is mess-free, goes super smoothly and relatively quickly. Almost scent-free. I got a few bubbles under my layers and found it a bit difficult to place/stretch them out so they cover the whole nail. But I still think it looks okay, and it’s definitely something that will get easier/better with practice! Looked okay right after application but hardened immediately after 45 seconds under the UV lamp. Looks more even and salon-finished than regular nail polish and easier to remove when it starts to lift than it is to slowly flake off and needs to be removed with remover! Overall a smoother experience than regular polish! I might be picky, but one downside is that the pattern is not mirror-reversed on the other row so they really only fit on one hand.. (I feel like it’s not really usable on the other side due to how they lie on the sheet - would probably bubble and bulge out). Personally, I think this pattern looks best on the right hand, but then it also needs to be applied with the left hand which gets a bit tricky if you’re right-handed! They do last longer and become cheaper if you only use single layers as decoration! Already on the same day of application, I felt that the layer started to crinkle at the sides and began to lift a bit? But it could be pressed down again and maybe it was due to beginner application? I find it difficult/hurt to remove the cuticles so the layers can be applied correctly. Luckily mine were already gone due to many nail polish changes and a lot of scrubbing with remover😅 The application also takes a bit of time and it gets quite expensive – but it went faster than regular nail polish and is cheaper than going to a salon! I’m not satisfied with the selection of layers – I think they are a bit boring. I would have liked to see more different decorations, glitter, ombre, and such – things that are difficult with regular liquid polish! But that’s probably a matter of style! ➕️ Smooth and mess-free application! ➕️ Goes relatively fast – a bit tricky application but myycket shorter drying time!! ➕️ Almost scent-free ➕️ The sheet lasts for 6 months after opening ➕️ Salon nails from home!✨️💅 ➖️ A bit boring styles, I think personally ➖️ Difficult to get even/over the whole nail ➖️ Starts to crinkle and lift quickly – though maybe it’s just me as a beginner and I failed at the application ➖️ Not mirror-reversed print for respective hand ➖️ Expensive (but cheaper if used on single nails) #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYERTranslated from swedish

Love’n Layer layers 💅🏼
💅🏼 I tested layers from #lovenlayer as #lykoinflutester. I have never used or tried fake nails, I’m a bit old-fashioned and really like nail polish. Therefore, it’s extra exciting to try something like this! 🤍 The instructions are good, and it wasn’t so difficult to put on the layers after finding the right size for the nail. The application was easy. It felt a bit tricky to remove the length I didn’t want to keep, but practice makes perfect. 🤍 I tested both with and without using the UV lamp, and I was very positively surprised by how well it held even without the UV lamp. It lasted about 1.5 weeks before it didn’t look so nice anymore. 🤍 I’m not sure I’ll put my nail polishes away completely yet, but this is a simple and good alternative to that. #lykoinflutester #lovenlayerTranslated from norwegian

A very nice spring style ☺️✨❤️
I had the pleasure for the first time to try nail products like #lykoinflutester. This time it was a kit from #lovenlayer (lamp + nail file + 2 different designs of layers). I really fell for this style! Swirl gives the classic French manicure a modern twist with its red tip – it feels both elegant and trendy. Perfect for anyone who wants something sleek but still a little extra. The application was, just like with the other Layers I’ve tested, very easy and smooth. I was done in just a few minutes, and the result was professional and shiny. Plus, it feels like a perfect spring manicure – fresh, chic, and easy to match with different outfits. The durability has also impressed me, which makes me definitely consider using this style again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to do pretty nails at home without effort!Translated from swedish

Funny concept 🤩
I’ve been so lucky this time and got to test products from Love’n layers. I tested the color/pattern french swirl white as shown in the picture. The first few nails were a bit complicated to apply, but once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. It’s like a thick layer of sticker that you cure with their UV LED lamp. The nails held well, but 1/10 started to chip off after day two, this could also be my technique since it was my first time. I didn’t get to test the durability properly due to work, but I had them on over a weekend, and I must say they were also quite easy to remove and didn’t damage my nails afterwards 🤩 All in all, a pretty okay product if you want to do something extra when you’re on the go or if you’re a beginner, this is a perfect start 🩷 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYERTranslated from norwegian

Fun new product
As a lykoinfluencer, I got the chance to test new products from love'n layer. One of the products I tested was these gel nail polishes or whatever you want to call them. I usually paint my nails and change color after 1 week, partly to get some variation but also because they wear down and my nails during the winter months can feel drier and get damaged more easily. These polishes were new and exciting for me to try as I thought they would protect the nail a bit more but also give a nice result. I started applying them but immediately realized that it wasn't as smooth as I had imagined. In the end, they did get in place. Then came the next part, to file them more so they looked nice. That was a problem in itself, and until I figured out how to do it, they didn't cooperate at all. Many problems, but in the end, a result that actually felt quite okay. It's a good product, but for me, they didn't fit perfectly. I, who like to sit and fiddle with rings etc., realized that I unconsciously started to pick at the polish instead. They lasted a week. The next round lasted longer. However, the second round caused parts of the outer layer of my nail to come off with the polish when removing it. I will probably test one more time, but then I will probably go back to regular nail polish for my part. For those of you who can't stand the mess of nail polish, I definitely recommend layers. Less mess and goes faster, especially when you figure out how to do it. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYERTranslated from swedish

Pretty!
I got to test some products from love'n layer thanks to #lykoinflutester The one I tested was their Solid Layers in the color French Lady Red! I don't really know what to say about these again. It's a nail polish that you press on like a piece of tape on the nail, so it's not hard! It looks nice on the hand. However, I found it difficult to apply the nails as it took time and didn't look so nice on the edges. The durability is insane, these nails lasted several weeks for me! The color was more of a screaming red, which is a very nice color if that's what you want! I also liked the pattern on these Pros: • lasts long • nice pattern Cons: - hard to apply, but you probably learn that over time In summary, I would probably buy these again, but in different colors. The others with patterns looked very interesting! I think the technique to apply them will probably come later. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYERTranslated from swedish

Cute Design! ❤️
Colorful design and nice as a detail together with neutral nails! 💅 I am so satisfied with Layers, they stick like a rock! One finger took a serious hit during the week, and I thought it was over and that the whole layer would start to come off, but nope!! It was only that little piece that came off, and the rest is still on as it should be. 👌 They have yellowed a bit, but I think it's my fault, skincare like acids and sunscreen I think is the culprit 🤭 They are easy to apply, just need to work a bit on finding the perfect fit when pressing them on, but I think it's more of a getting used to thing! I've tried many different methods for nails and haven't really found anything that suits me, but these might be the ones! I will definitely try more colors and look forward to trying to grow out my own nails with these! 🤩 ➕ Colorful ➕ cute design, love the mix of design and transparency ➕ holds well ➖ loses shine ➖ yellowed (I think it's my fault) #LYKOINFLUTESTER #LOVENLAYER #gel #nailTranslated from swedish

Some boring design
As a #lykoinflutester, I received the French Swirl Layers from #lovenlayer 💅 Personally, I found both the color and design boring, so I had my grandmother try these 😇 ➕Easy to use, but remember to choose the right size (it's better to take one that is a little narrower than your nail rather than one that is a little too wide 👍) ➕Good quality ➕Lasts for 1-3 weeks (depending on how careful you are) ➕Decent price considering what it costs to get your nails done by a professional now ➕100% vegan and not tested on animals 🐇 ➕Has a shelf life of 6 months from when you open the package ➖I find it a bit difficult to remove excess Layers after application, but it gets easier each time ➖Some boring color/design Not really my type of color/design, but perfect for those who like a classic and clean style 🤍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Translated from norwegian

Love'n LayerFrench Raspberry Red
French manicure is a classic that never goes out of style. A Swirl adds an extra detail that elevates your look to new levels. Semi-nude Layers with a coral red tip.
With Layers you always get a perfect and long-lasting manicure. Quick, easy, and in the comfort of your own home.
To achieve the best finish, use our UV LED light and apply your Layers according to instruction.
Each pack contains 20 self-adhesive Layers.
Use:
Step 1.
Preparation
Always start by washing your hands carefully. It removes dirt and potential cosmetic residue. Remove any cuticle remnants from the nail bed and push back your cuticles. Let your nails dry properly to ensure that there isn’t any moisture left under the nail.
Why is it important? Your Layers will stick better to a clean, dry and smooth nail bed. The end result will be more even and your Layers will stay immaculate longer.
Step 2.
Choose
Remove the protective plastic from your sheet of Layers. Choose the right size Layer by comparing the different Layers to your own nails - you want to pick a size that is as close to the size of the nail as possible. Are you between sizes? Choose the smaller of the two, and stretch it sideways across the nail bed - it gives a cleaner finish and a more durable result.
Step 3
Place
To apply the Layer on your nail, place it gently on the nail bed, start at one side, close to the cuticle, and press the Layer toward the other side. To achieve the best result, apply the Layer carefully on your nail so that it is placed on the nail bed and not on the skin, and make sure that it fits snug to, but not on, your cuticle - the Layers are soft and can be stretched for maximum coverage.
Step 4.
Adjust
Pull the layer over the tip of the nail, almost like pulling a fitted sheet over a mattress. Use a nail/finger tip or a nail file to press the Layer around the front edge of the nail. Remove the excess by pinching it off and/or use a nail file.
Step 5.
Make it last
Place your nails under the UV LED lamp, one hand at a time. Push the button and keep your nails under the UV light until the light goes out after 60 seconds. The light from the lamp hardens the material. This increases the durability of the manicure and gives the nails glossy lustrous finish. Make sure you place all nails under the lamp.
Step 6.
You nailed it
Your manicure is too good not to share with the rest of the world! Take a picture of your nails and post on social media. Don’t forget to tag @lovenlayer, #lovenlayer and of course #younailedit
Step 7.
Removal
Time to switch color or pattern? This is how you remove your old Layers. Start at the bottom by the cuticle. Slowly and carefully peel the Layer off. If you find it difficult to remove the layer, use some nail oil. Wash your hands carefully with soap and water. Before you put on a fresh set of Layers remove any cuticle remnants from the nail bed and push back your cuticles. Make sure your nails are completely dry to avoid that there is any moisture left under the nail bed or that the nail bed is softer than it usually is.
