I can cry with this without any problem, something I've missed because I don't like when mascara flakes or settles under the eyes/ smudges over time. I've used the regular Sky High and waterproof before, but I think this one holds even better and is super easy to remove! This one clumps easily when applying. If I put on more than one layer, it looks like I have about 5 thick lashes.. Then it flakes off and I always have mascara bits on my face all day. I wore this through a sweaty workout and a rainy walk home, and there was absolutely zero flaking, smudging, or bleeding under my eyes. A mascara primer can help the mascara stay better, but if you, for example, are going swimming and really want to minimize the risk of flakes or black marks under the eyes, I would primarily recommend a waterproof mascara. A primer by itself does not make a regular mascara waterproof! 🩷 For extra durability, you can use primer + waterproof mascara. All the best! ✨
