It has a slightly thicker consistency when it comes out of the bottle but I don't feel it at all on my skin. I don't notice at all that I have foundation on. The product is buildable so you can choose the coverage yourself, I would say you can build it up to medium coverage. ☺️ I have some redness, especially now during winter, which it covers well. I can sometimes have sensitive skin but I haven't noticed any reactions to this. I also suffer from dryness which I don't think the foundation emphasizes. For me, it lasts all day, I use it together with a setting powder. I have a light skin tone with warm undertones and this shade was just right for me. ❤️ The only downside I can think of is that I need to use quite a bit of product to achieve the result I want, so I'm unsure how long-lasting it will be. Sleek bottle, you can see right away that it is from Maybelline. I liked the first one as the result was really nice, but unfortunately it caked on me after a little while and doesn't cover my red areas that I often want to cover completely. I probably needed powder to "set" it better. Yeah or maybe not, I think this wasn't for me and my needs for a foundation. But very affordable, leaves a light matte tone. A bit about my skin. I get easily red, nose, cheeks, and chin. Yttorr. If I were to buy the product again? Nja no, to be honest, I want something a bit more covering as I get so easily red. And unfortunately, it disappears very quickly on me. But absolutely perfect for someone with oilier and younger skin. The post was made 1 weekRating: 2 out of 5😕✨ Not quite the foundation I had hoped forI actually had pretty high expectations for the Maybelline Lifter Plump & Glow Foundation, but unfortunately it doesn’t feel like an obvious favorite for me. I like the idea of a foundation that gives the skin a nice glow, but I think it’s important that the result still looks natural and feels comfortable on the skin. Here, I wished for a bit more of that perfect balance. 🥲🤍 I’m a bit hesitant about the glowy finish because I personally prefer when the skin looks fresh and hydrated without becoming too shiny. ✨ I also would have liked the result to feel more even and natural, rather than the glow drawing too much attention. For me, it’s important that a foundation highlights the skin nicely without feeling too much. Another thing I think about is that it can be hard to find the right shade, especially if you have a skin tone that falls between two colors. 😕 Shade 110 can therefore suit some really well, while others might need to look for a better alternative. I definitely think the idea behind the product is interesting, but I miss that feeling that this is really a foundation I would want to choose over others. The packaging is sleek and the product type feels modern, but that’s not quite enough to convince me. 🌸 In summary, I think it can suit you who like a glowy base and want a more luminous finish. It has a light coverage that gives a nice and soft base. The color is a liiiittle too light for me now in the summer. I also have a bit of trouble getting it even and blending it into the skin. I use it together with Elf's primer, not sure if that's why. Can get some dry patches where the base becomes cakey and bad. Update: Tried using the product again after tips I got in the comments. I've completely changed my opinion!! It's a light base with light coverage, but after skipping the primer and applying it directly over moisturized skin with Hickaps honey glow serum, I got a perfect base!! No dry patches, super easy to blend out with a beautyblender and it became very even and nice on the skin. Use:
