✨👁Sky high, baby👁✨
So we're doing another #LykoReview, this time a mascara I've seen so much of that it was time! 👀 My lashes are pretty long, but light so they don't show up unmade. 😅 But they are also terribly straight, so I really need the lift 👫 The tube is pretty, modern, and overall Maybelline New York 😉 The brush is a rubber variant with small spikes that easily separate the lashes to avoid clumpiness 🙌🏻 I chose the mascara in black, it covers well and I was surprised by its creation of both volume and length-definition 🤩 Another plus is that it doesn't transfer, neither on the eyelid nor below 👼 Trust me, it's a HUGE achievement for my hooded eyes 😳 👁Summary👁 ➕ The brush ➕ Doesn't transfer ➕/➖ The price I can see myself buying another when this one is finished, it gives me exactly what I need 🥤12218 views - Most helpful negativeThe post was made 11 monthsRating: 2 out of 5verified customer
The color was a disappointment
Burgundy: This gets really dark when it dries, and you can barely tell that the color is supposed to be reddish. The consistency is also not as good as the regular sky high mascara in my opinion. Worth the hype

Brown almost black
It's so boring that many brown mascaras look almost black. I really want a brown look. I have very short lashes and get zero effect from the mascara. It only colors the lashes but doesn't build any length or volume. Feels like it just slides around. Washes off easily. The difference in how a brown mascara is perceived often depends on how the pigments are composed – many brown shades are relatively deep and can therefore look almost black, especially on dark or short lashes where the contrast is small 💗 For short lashes, it can be a bit tricky to get both length and volume with a lighter formula. A little tip that might help is to build up the mascara in several thin layers and focus on working the product in from the root upwards in a light zigzag motion 🤗 Fingers crossed that it works better. Good, quite okay
Good product, like the color. I don't really care much about volume and length – otherwise, I would probably have chosen another product. But it gives a very nice, modest look! Buy again and again. One downside is that it dries out quickly and needs to be replaced long before it's half empty. A bit annoying. Always a hit
I don't really have much to say! It beats many expensive brands and the eyelashes get crazy volume! Lovely brown ♡
I have brown eyes, so a brown mascara like this fits my eyes perfectly. It becomes softer in color compared to black, and I am satisfied. I think the black gives more volume than all the other colors in the same mascara, but I feel mascaras in general get harder to apply after a month opened when they are not completely fresh. Stand out at the party
