Settles into the wrinkles
Really hoping that I finally bought a concealer that I could use on dark circles under my eyes. Unfortunately, I didnβt - like all the other concealers Iβve tried, it settles right into all my fine wrinkles under my eyes (43 years old and lots of little lines..) and cakes up so I look worse than before I put it onβ¦ Buhu - any tips on what works??? Blends like a dream
I've tried lots of concealers and this one is my all time fav! It melts into the skin and is very hydrating. I have very dry under eyes and usually no amount of skin prep helps keep my concealer from caking/flaking. I thought this concealer was really nice and doesn't settle into lines. The consistency is thick but still light on the skin, melting into the makeup. Unfortunately, I couldn't use this as I had an allergic reaction. I have very dry and sensitive skin and was recommended this by acquaintances who have the same problem, but unfortunately, it didn't work. Of course, I got really good help from Lyko support! Everything makes me look like a mummy!
I have very dark circles under my eyes, I simply have very thin skin there, etc., and I've always been able to use just about anything that covered, and it was fine! Then something happened with my skin π , it felt like 40 was approaching, and little wrinkles appeared, and the skin under my eyes is so dry! I got the tip to try this and was so excited, but I got the same result as with everything else, that it doesn't really stick and gets cakey and settles into every little line. Then I tried with a finely milled setting powder and hydrating setting spray, and it was a bit better, but still a bit too much mummy over it all π¬. Is there anything that could work better? I'm using eye cream, primer, and the whole shebang, so there should be something that works. I've heard about the By Terry Hylauronic concealer, for example, but I have no store to test it in, and there are no comments about it, and maybe you have some other tips that are better π.
