Wanted to tone down my way too light hair after the toning faded post-hairdresser visit. Surprised by the result, nice shade, soft and shiny!

    Satisfied with the tip

Was recommended by a friend and tried it. Meh, satisfied but maybe chose the wrong shade.

    Gamechanger!

Amazing product!! The 512 removes all warm tones and brings back the even dark brown color! Now I can extend the periods between colorings. I also feel it takes away some of the gray in the roots. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. I couldn’t recommend anything stronger if you have brown to dark brown hair that tends to warm tones you want to get rid of. Nothing but a gamechanger! The fact that it also nourishes instead of damaging the hair like silver shampoos and other crap that doesn’t work anyway is incredible!

    Color Pack

Hi, which of the brown shades should I choose if I want it cooler and to neutralize the warm tones?

Hi Julia 😊 If you want to neutralize warm tones and get a cooler result, the choice mainly depends on how light your brown base is 🤍 If your hair is darker, around lightness level 5–6, 512 Pearly Ash Brown is the best choice to tone down warmth and give a cooler brown tone. If your hair is lighter brown, around lightness level 7–8, 821 suits better. So choose based on how dark your hair is today, both are designed to neutralize warm pigments and give a cooler overall look 🥰 Have a nice day 🦋

    Uncolored hair?

Do these only work on colored hair or do they also have an effect on uncolored hair?

Hi Karin! 👋🏼😊 A color treatment is primarily designed to preserve and enhance colored hair. On uncolored hair, it can definitely have an effect as well, but then it’s mainly about adding more shine and a slight tone enhancement. For the best results, I usually recommend choosing a shade close to your natural hair color, so you get a shinier and more vibrant result 🤩 Have a great day ⭐

Covered gray hair fairly well, poor durability

Surprised that the majority (though not all) of the gray hair was covered by this. Good shine. Nice color. Easy to use. But it wasn't very durable. Noticed a big difference already after two washes (no shampoo, only conditioner). Had hoped for better durability (maybe four washes?), but overall I am satisfied.

    What color?

I have light brown hair with highlights, the whole hair leans a bit towards the yellow side and I want to make it cooler, without it getting very dark. Would 821 be good? Which color should I choose?

Hi Joanna! 👋🏼😊 You can definitely try 821 😍 I recommend starting by applying it to a strand first, so you can see how the color takes on your hair. If you find it a bit too dark, you can mix the color with conditioner to get a lighter tone 🤍 Have a nice day ☀️

Nutri Color Filters Toning Filters are your go-to for neutralizing those pesky warm pigments or keeping your color vibrant, without altering your hair color from blonde to brunette. These filters are all about direct pigments - think of them as ready-to-go colors that coat your hair strand without penetrating deeply. So, no, this isn't your permanent dye or typical toner. The staying power of Nutri Color Filters really depends on how porous your hair is, how often you're washing it, and the products you're using. Wondering how to pick the perfect toner? The first digit in the TONING FILTER shades is all about how dark the shade is. Take 1011, for instance, it's all about that "extra extra light blonde" base (10) with a double dose of ash (1) for that cool tone. It's perfect for keeping a gray color looking fresh, whether it's your natural hue or an achieved look. Just a heads up, if you're applying it to bleached hair, make sure your hair is practically snow-white to avoid any greenish mishaps. (Yellow undertones + ash = green, after all.)

Usage:
Slather it onto your shampooed and towel-dried hair. Let it sit for 3 minutes to either give your color a quick refresh or to neutralize any unwanted tones.
