Can you mix shade 821 with conditioner, or is it best to use it as it is? I have it at home but haven't tested it. Hey, I've been highlighting my hair blonde for almost 10 years now since I was blonde when I was little and wanted to keep that color, and for the past six months, I've started letting my roots grow out, and the color of my roots is almost a bit ash dark blonde/brown.
