Had this on light blonde freshly washed hair and thought it would turn brown, it turned red and purple!!?? Doesn't show up well in the pictures but the hair is red on top of the head and cold purple in the lengths and the tips of the hair are gray? What is happening??Translated from swedish

Hi! I bought the color 524 and it turned out much darker and redder than I thought it would. I had blonde highlights before and wanted a more light brown/strawberry shade. In any case, my roots are now lighter than the rest of my hair because the color bomb doesn't take on the roots. What should I do?
