🍮🤎 A body cream I really understand the hype about!
I have really fallen for Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream! I mean, the scent is almost dangerously good. 😂🥹 The first thing I think of when I open the jar is pistachio, salted caramel, and vanilla – warm, sweet, and almost a little dessert-like on the skin. 🤎 I usually apply it after showering, especially on my legs, arms, and stomach. The cream feels quite rich when you first take it, but I actually think it absorbs surprisingly quickly when I massage it in. What I love most is how the skin feels afterward. It becomes soft, smooth, and really lovely, but I don’t get that unpleasant sticky feeling that some really heavy body creams can give. ✨ And the glow! 😭🤍 I think the skin gets such a nice radiance afterward. It’s especially nice on the legs when you’re wearing a skirt or shorts and want the skin to look a bit more cared for and glowy. But honestly, the scent is almost half the experience for me. 😂 I can apply it and then walk around smelling the scent from my skin hours later. It almost feels like I’ve used perfume, but in a much softer way. I also like that it feels so luxurious to use. The jar, the texture, the scent, and the feeling afterward make the whole body care routine much more fun. It becomes more of a “now I’m really going to take care of myself” thing instead of just quickly rubbing lotion on my legs. 🥹 One thing I think is important to say is that the scent is quite strong. I love it, but if you’re sensitive to strongly scented body creams, it might be a bit much. And the price is definitely higher than for a regular body lotion. 😭 But for me, this is one of those products where the experience really makes a difference. The skin feels soft, gets a nice glow, and smells absolutely amazing.
