Even though it’s supposed to be suitable for sensitive skin, there was something in it that my skin couldn't tolerate and I became bright red and swollen under my eyes from it. Since then, I’ve been a bit skeptical about balms, but eventually, I tried this one that so many like. Oh wow, it’s so good! It just melts away my makeup and leaves no greasy film on the skin. It even removes waterproof products surprisingly well, which I didn’t expect at all. I’ve used the balm as the first step in my double cleansing routine. I really like this one, and the best part is that my skin likes it too! I haven’t had the slightest reaction, no redness, eczema, or swelling has appeared. I also appreciate the packaging and that it comes with a spatula to scoop with so you don’t have to use your fingers in it. Plus, it’s economical, you don’t need much product per use, so it will last a long time. I’m positively surprised by Clean it Zero, it’s fantastic and I will definitely buy it again! #lykoreview

I have sensitive skin and have previously used isotretinoin, so my skin barrier doesn't necessarily tolerate all products well. I would have loved to like this one because the cleansing effect is really good! Use:
Use spatula included to scoop balm. Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using your fingertips to breakdown all makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil and massage again. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
