As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to test three products from #LYKO ❤️ This cleanser is one of the products. Info about me| Age: 30 years Skin type: combination During the test, I also found that my skin reacts to one of my day/night creams and I had a reaction just 2 days ago. I also live with chronic illnesses that sometimes cause my skin to flare up/red patches from heat, and it happens when I’m extra tired/stressed and have had a significant stress period for a longer time. I haven’t reacted negatively to the products I’ve tested, as I initially only used them for a few days. So on 📷, you can see that my skin has reacted and is also reacting to stress/tiredness now this evening since they were taken now to show the products before and after use, which I now feel I should have taken several days ago for a more fair picture😅 Product| Fantastic, economical cleanser that delivers on its promises, I love that I feel clean and not tight after use😍 And best of all, it requires so little product, and it lathers absolutely wonderfully👍 Consistency| gel (not runny but more of a thicker consistency) and transparent. Lathers very easily. Scent| Fresh citrus scent I feel🍋 Not so sharp that it’s irritating. Packaging| plastic packaging/tube, no luxury in that way but perfectly fine to have in the bathroom, and no fear of it breaking, it’s practical to have on one side of the sink for easy access to the morning/evening routine🤳🏽 I really like it! It’s so affordable, good budget price for those who don’t want to spend a fortune on a product that is actually fantastic and does what it’s supposed to do😍👍 ➕ Affordable, does what it’s supposed to do, great cleanser, fresh scent, fantastic budget option, incredibly economical product (a small dot is enough for the whole face and neck), perfect makeup remover, practical packaging. ➖I have nothing on the minus list. I can highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a fantastic budget option, wants a cleanser that is economical, removes makeup without a problem, doesn’t feel tight afterward (nothing I’ve personally felt), cleanses the skin perfectly and leaves you with a good clean feeling afterward✨

Allergic Reaction
I have been using by lyko skincare for several years and have always loved the line as it works well for me with very sensitive skin. However, I bought the new line and unfortunately have gotten red rashes all over my face that still haven't gone away even though I've paused using all products for 3 days now. I'm wondering how many ingredients have been changed in this one and if you can recommend another line with similar ingredients to your old one? It feels very sad not to be able to use by Lyko anymore as it has always been my go-to.

  Hey Elina So typical that these products no longer suit you and your skin. It could be the perfume you reacted to in the product, but of course, it's super hard to say exactly what might have caused this. Regarding the ingredients, the difference is that the new one also contains Niacinamide and Vitamin C derivatives (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate). A tip for another super lovely cleanser that soothes the skin and contains good ingredients is this one from Bioderma: lyko.com/sv/bioderma/bioderma-sensibio-foaming-gel-200-ml Hope it feels better 🤗 Have a nice day!

Affordable cleansing from Lyko 💕
I've almost used up this cleanser now and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised 👏🏼 150 ml for 99:- makes this cleanser a nice budget option. I have dry skin with red areas that require gentle exfoliation and moisturizing ingredients. So this one looked promising to me. Lyko's cleansing gel contains PHA which gently exfoliates the skin and also niacinamide which my skin loves! There is a mild scent in this one though, so if you're sensitive to perfume, this probably isn't for you. Another thing I noticed was that the lid became harder and harder to open, it kind of gets stuck in a position so sometimes I have to use tweezers to pry it open 🫠 a bit annoying of course. But overall I like the cleanser, it does the job and leaves my skin fresh and clean without totally drying it out. I use this as part of my double cleansing, i.e. I start with a balm or oil and then go in with this one 🫶🏼 however, I don't use it in the morning, only in the evening, usually I cleanse my skin with lukewarm water in the morning since my skin is dry. It also lathers well, which I like 🌸👏🏼 Of course, I also like the design of the bottle, simple with lovely colors 💕 #lykoreview

Severe allergic reaction
NOT recommended. I have never ever, in my entire life, had an allergic reaction from a skincare product, and now I get it from a facial cleanser?! There is something really, really bad in this product that shouldn’t be there. I am otherwise happy with Lyko’s products, but this one is not good. After a week including allergy tablets, the swelling has gone down but I still have itching all over my face.

Great cleansing for the money!
I’m on my third cleansing now and really think it removes makeup easily and my skin feels balanced afterwards. The only downside and why it doesn’t get 5 stars is that the cap is a bit tricky 😅

To harsh if you’re sensitive
Saldy after a use, just to try the product, i ended up with an allergic reaction Though i don’t know specifically what triggered the reaction i do know now, after reading the ingredients (off course after I’ve used the product- pro mistake right there lol) i noticed ingredients that could cause allergens as well as fragrance such as Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate Linalool Limonene Hexyl Cinnamal Benzyl Salicylate Which can be to strong for a weak skin barrier, so definitely keep that in mind before buying the product, and you might wanna skip this one if you do struggle with sensitive skin and definitely keep away if you have struggles with eczema.

Allergic Reaction
Unfortunately, I reacted incredibly strongly to this product.. I don't have sensitive skin, so I usually tolerate pretty much everything. But with this, I became completely red in the face and got something like hives/small blisters all over my face, which spread to my neck and scalp, even my ears swelled up and it felt like my skin was going to burn up.. I reacted to the fact that it smelled very strong, so I think it might have been the perfume I reacted to in the product, I had to take allergy pills but it lasted for 3 days unfortunately.. I don't really understand the point of having so much perfume in a facial cleanser. But I understand that not everything works for everyone. But if you, who are reading this, are sensitive, I do not recommend it!

I miss 3 in 1! This removes makeup well, but it is so ridiculously hard to open, especially with wet hands, what were you thinking?
