My honest review: COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser
I have tried this facial cleanser and think it’s perfect for those who want a mild gel cleanser with low pH that effectively cleans without drying out the skin. The lightweight gel formula lathers just enough and removes dirt, sebum, and impurities while leaving the skin feeling soft and comfortable afterward. I noticed that the skin felt clean and fresh without the tight feeling that many facial cleansers can cause. Tea tree oil, natural BHA, and soothing ingredients help keep the skin clear, reduce impurities, and support the skin barrier. The product is especially suitable for combination skin, oily skin, sensitive skin, and acne-prone skin. For sensitive skin
Love this product, I've had it for two years now and wouldn't trade it for any other. I have normal to sensitive skin and get pimples easily. But this hasn't given me a single pimple! I mean, I love this so much. It’s really so insanely good. It feels so light and fresh on the skin. It’s not heavy at all and lathers just right. My skin always feels so soft afterwards. Not tight at all and not dry, just clean and kind of calm. It does its job without bothering the skin. I also like that it’s so simple. No complicated product. You don’t have to think too much, you just use it and it works every time. Horrible smell
The product itself is good enough, it doesn't foam (and it shouldn't), it's economical in use and cleans the skin gently and effectively. BUT THAT SMELL THO! 💀😭 It smells SO chemical and intense that it's hard to get used to. I've used Ankerstjerne's cleanser for many years, but this one can be quite drying for those with already dry skin. For my oily T-zone, this is perfect for just that. It doesn't sting when it comes into contact with the eyes. (so; Ankerstjerne gives dry skin) But this one from COSRX, oh my days… it stings all the way until next year. It's awful to almost have to tear apart a product from COSRX, as I find this series to be good. But here it doesn't measure up… The product is clear, somewhat runny (more than hand soap in general). It spreads nicely and evenly on both hands and sponge. Rinses off OK. The bottle has a simple, easy-to-read message that cleanses the skin. The skin feels clean, not dry. (perfect for you if you already have a dry skin type). I've used this AFTER makeup remover. Would only buy again if Ankerstjerne is out of stock.
