It could also be that if the serum is applied too close to the eye or in an excessive manner, it can get into the eye and cause irritation/inflammation. I understand that you have full control over this, and here it’s about thinking less is more 🤩 If the applicator or the product's contents have been contaminated with bacteria, this can cause an infection that leads to inflammation. I don’t know how long you’ve been using this. I lost a lot of lashes from Grande lash, so I had to get a new lash serum. I also broke several lashes in September and they never grew back. I went without mascara for several weeks and they aren't growing. I bought this lash serum 3 weeks ago and have been using it since. Expensive and short-lived effect
The product (like most eyelash serums) works fine in that the lashes appear darker and fuller, but the effect wears off after you stop using the product. It can be irritating for some and cause some issues on the eyelid.
