Good and bad at the same time
After the first application, my skin initially felt very tight and like it wasn’t absorbing the product but instead "tightening up," and I also got redness on my face after application, but the next day my skin was glowing!! However, the skin felt very dry and not particularly moisturized, so I had to reapply face cream during the day. So plus points for the skin looking radiant after a while, but my skin didn’t feel great after application! At the second application a few days later, the skin was still red but the result showed up faster and I saw more of a "glass skin" effect. I have tested these as a Lyko influtester and received a package with four packs of "masks" for the face. These masks contain PDRN and collagen. The special thing about these is that they are supposed to melt on the skin when they come into contact with moisture. In each individual pack, there are two sheets, one for each side of the face. You should remove the pink protective paper, place the sheet on the skin, and then when you spray with mist, the sheet's product melts onto the skin and leaves a mesh net that you remove. The net has held the product together while it was in dry form. It is important to have dry fingers when handling the sheets. If your fingers are moist, the product melts on your fingertips instead. To improve the skin's absorption of the product, you can apply a moisturizer on top of the melted mask. The procedure works fine, but what I wonder most is "why"? It's cool that the product melts on the skin, but I don't really understand why the product is in this form and not like a regular sheet mask. I have used Anua's PDRN mist to melt the sheet, but water or other mist also works well. I can't say I've noticed any direct difference in my skin from these sheets, neither in lines nor elasticity. It might be good in the long run, but then I would need more and that would get quite expensive. Besides this, I find that the product that doesn't absorb into the skin "rolls" off, so it's also not suitable as a base for my makeup. It says it "can" give results... Pretty okay
I thought they were pretty okay. My skin felt softer and more hydrated afterwards, and I got a bit of extra glow, but I didn’t notice a huge difference compared to other moisturizing products I’ve tried. Nice glow, but not for me
I hadn’t tried collagen patches before and was curious about these! The package contains four pairs, which I think is a bit little considering the price. I applied them on prepped skin and then sprayed mist on top so the collagen dissolved. After that, I removed the remaining mesh net. I was actually surprised by how much glow the skin got! However, the skin became a bit sticky afterwards, which I’m not entirely fond of. I thought it might still work well under makeup, but nope! I felt the product left a film on the skin that made the makeup roll up terribly. Exciting Skincare!
Fun to try new skincare!! I think this gave roughly the same result as the one for the neck in the same “series.” I also found it fun to try and will definitely use it again! However, I don’t think you saw a super big difference, but I guess you might need to use it a bit more or for a longer period to get the best results. Fun and effective!
I have tried these Anua PDRN Collagen Melting Patch For Glass Skin. I have dry, acne-prone skin with fine lines. I think it’s a fun and exciting product that makes my skin look so much better. And it strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier. You take the patches out of the packaging, and there are two layers. A pink one and a white one. You remove the pink one and carefully place it on the white collagen patch on moisturized skin, then you can spray a face mist so the collagen melts into the skin. (I use Anua PDRN hyaluronic acid face mist) When it has absorbed into the skin, you just remove the white mesh film that remains and press the rest into the skin. Afterwards, the skin becomes so glowing and hydrated. If you use them for a longer time, they should also give firmer skin and reduce the visibility of fine lines. I think the skin looks so nice afterwards, hydrated with lots of glow, and feels more plump, or however you want to say it. Nice glow, but unfortunately the effect is short-lived
I still like this mask more than the neck mask. It gives the skin a nice, hydrated, and slightly plumped feeling with a glow after use, but just like with the neck mask, I think the effect is quite temporary and I don’t see any dramatic or long-lasting difference on the skin. A big advantage is that you don’t have to wear it forever. Many so-called glass skin/hydrogel masks need to be on for an hour or even several hours, while this one is much quicker to use. That makes it much more convenient when you want a quick boost, for example before a night out. The fit is also significantly better than the neck mask. However, I found it a bit fiddly and hard to get in the right place the first time. Once you get the hang of it, it works better. In summary, I think it works well as a quick moisture and glow boost, but I would have wished for both a patch for the forehead (or that it was a full face mask) and a more noticeable and especially longer-lasting effect for the price. Fun product to try, but nothing I feel I need to have again. I thought this was a really fun and exciting product to try because it’s something completely different from the usual types of face masks and patches I normally use. The concept of it melting into the skin when you spray mist on it sounded very interesting, and I was curious to see how it would feel and what results I would get 🧖🏼♀️ I love trying new things, and this was definitely something different. Once applied, it felt cool and nice on the skin, but I found the application itself to be a bit fiddly. It was a little tricky to get the patch in place and have it lie exactly how I wanted, so it took some time and patience to get it right. I love products that provide a lot of moisture and make the skin feel soft and fresh. Above all, I appreciate when the skin feels hydrated and calm after use, so that was the feeling I was most curious to see if I would get from this product. I also like trying new types of skincare and think it’s fun when a product stands out from what you usually use 🤍 After use, the skin obviously felt somewhat hydrated and calm, but I wished it was a bit more noticeable. The patches feel luxurious and give the skin a soft and hydrated feeling after use. I especially like the feeling of a little home treatment when you want to do something extra for your skin. 🤍 But even here, I think the result is quite subtle. Collagen Melting Patch For Glass Skin
I thought this was a really fun concept and fun to try something completely different than a regular face mask. However, I wasn’t totally comfortable with the application itself. 🙃 The patch is very thin and I felt like the protective film started to come off by itself before I even managed to apply it. Then you’re supposed to get it in place and spray with the mist so it melts in, and for me the whole process was a bit fiddly. I definitely think it gets easier once you’ve got the technique down, but the first few times it was a bit tricky! In terms of results, unfortunately I didn’t notice a huge difference in my skin. I might have expected a more noticeable “glass skin” effect, but for me the result was quite subtle. I still like the idea itself and think it’s a fun product to try if you like a bit more innovative skincare. Not the easiest product to use the first time. Easy to get to the product before it has been applied to the skin, which makes it "melt" on the fingers. The second time I got it right, but it took a lot of mist before everything dissolved. I felt a bit dry from it, even though after a while it gave a nice glow, it didn’t do what I expected. How to Use:
Remove the pink protective film and apply the patch with the white collagen side facing the skin, positioning it alongside the nose and over the smile line area.
