Small bumps on patch test
Hi, I did a small patch test using the granactive retinol 2% emulsion and got small red bumps. I don’t feel any itchiness or soreness. What do I do next? Any recommendations on how to proceed or do I need to stop using the product? Thanks!1 likes1193 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHi Clara 😊👋 It looks like an undesirable reaction. There is a high risk that you will have the same reaction if you apply the product to your face. We would recommend to stop use the produc, as it seems not to be suitable for your skin 🤍1 likes

Many questions
What is the difference between Agireline and GF Solution 15% Serum? What order is recommended to use these products -Agireline or GF solution 15% (whichever you recommend) -Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% -Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner -Slow Down Aging Trio (Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion, Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG) - cream Please let me know if any of these products counteract each other, or do the same job and don't need two different ones. And are there any of them that cannot be used when pregnant?Translated from norwegian
1568 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHey again😊 Here’s an example of how you can include Caffeine Solution, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, and Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion in your routine: ☀Morning: Cleanser (Optional) Toner Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 all over the face Caffeine Solution around the eyes (gently pat in) Moisturizer Sunscreen 🌛Evening: Cleanser (Optional) Toner Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 all over the face Caffeine Solution around the eyes Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion (apply to the face, but avoid the area right around the eyes) Moisturizer Remember that retinoids (like Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion) are often recommended to be used in the evening, as they can make the skin more sensitive to light. Additionally, some may experience dryness or irritation at first, so it might be wise to gradually increase usage🤍 When it comes to storage, you can easily store the products at room temperature. Some choose to keep Caffeine Solution in the fridge for a cooling effect on the skin, but it’s not a requirement for the product to stay good. Hope this was helpful!2 likes

Day/Night Cream
Which day/night cream goes well with these? - 3 monthsverified customer
Good set for 30+ skincare
I have been using all the products for about a month now, and I am very satisfied so far. My skin is superficially dry, prone to redness, and still oily in the T-zone. This set has calmed my skin, and the caffeine serum clearly reduces the bags under my eyes after a poorly slept night. The Granactive retinoid emulsion spreads easily on the skin. Storing it in the fridge works well with this product, the cool emulsion feels luxurious on the face. I started using all the products cautiously, but there has been no skin irritation from any of the products, just an amazing set! :) My skin feels much better, I wish I had dared to treat my skin with serums earlier. #lykoreview1 likes2117 viewsto leave a comment - 4 months

Vichy
Does this wonderful trio work together with Vichy's Mineral Liftactive package? 🤔Translated from swedish
2295 views- Farmaceut på Lyko5 monthsHi Anna✨ It can be fine to combine these ingredient-wise, but we always recommend trying on a small area first when using different products together. So feel free to patch test on your neck or the inside of your arm to see how your skin reacts. Wishing you good luck with your skincare and a lovely day😊

Skincare Questions
Hey. I am 34 years old and currently only using Fillorga eye cream and moisturizer. I am completely clueless about skincare but feel like I want a bit more advanced skincare without investing a lot of money. I've been considering retinol and hyaluronic acid and saw this package, do you think it would work for me? But what steps should I take in my skincare routine? So retinol at night, hyaluronic acid, and then a night cream and eye cream? Any tips on which? In the morning then the caffeine cream that was included in the package, hyaluronic acid, then day cream? Is that instead of my own eye cream or is the idea to apply that too?Translated from swedish

Can you please do our skin test so I can get a bit more info about you and your skin before I make a recommendation? You can find it in the app under the little guy down to the right and then under Beauty Scan ✨ You can write here when you’ve done it, and I’ll respond as soon as I can. I look forward to hearing from you 💌 Take care!1 likes

The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion
A Stable Emulsion of Next-Generation Forms of Retinoid.
This formulation combines two forms of next-generation retinoid actives in a combined concentration of 2% by weight.
These two actives are:
a) Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate is a highly-advanced form of retinoid which is, in fact, a non-prescription ester of all-trans direct retinoic acid that offers a multi-fold better effect against signs of ageing than retinol, retinyl palmitate and nearly all other forms of non-prescription retinoid;
b) a sustained-delivery form of pure retinol in a protective capsule system which supports both the delivery and the effect of Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate.
Both forms of retinoid used avoid the irritation associated with retinoid (including retinol) use while delivering better visible results against signs of ageing.
Use:
Apply a few drops to face in the PM as part of your skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Use sun protection in the AM.

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 provides instant plumping hydration to give softer, smoother, healthy-looking skin. The lightweight formula replenishes skin’s hydration levels with all-day results, and helps the skin retain moisture to replump dry, dehydrated skin. Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 also promotes skin suppleness and elasticity, while minimising the appearance of fine dry lines.
This formulation contains 5 forms of hyaluronic acid, which helps provide hydration to multiple layers of the surface of skin. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant found naturally in the skin where it binds to water. The forms included are low-, medium- and high-molecular- weight molecules, a HA crosspolymer, and hydrolyzed HA.
The formulation also contains ceramides to help keep moisture locked in. Ceramides are lipids (fatty molecules) found naturally in the skin that help support the skin barrier to keep skin protected and hydrated. The ceramides used in this formula are known as sphingolipids
Pro-vitamin B5 helps support the formation of key skin barrier components like ceramides and fatty acids, which further helps keep moisture locked in, keeping the skin moisturized for longer.
Use:
Apply a few drops to the face in the morning and evening.
If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician.
Use only as directed on unbroken skin.
Patch testing prior to use is advised.
Keep out of reach of children.
