Bra retinol, bra pris!
Gillar dennna retinol väldigt mycket, den gör sitt jobb och känns inte kletig eller obekväm på huden. #lykoreview8055 views - The post was made 18 hours
THE ORDINARY GRANACTIVE RETINOID 2% EMULSION
I recently started using the product and apply it in the evening. Should I use a moisturizing night cream after this? Grateful for a response!25 views - The post was made 1 week
How often?
Can you use it every day, or how often? 🌺439 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Ina! 😊 You can use this every evening if you've used retinoids before and have sensitive skin. It might be good to start gradually and see how your skin reacts, for example, 2-3 evenings a week to start with. Remember to use sunscreen during the day. Have a nice day! 💌

Before or after serum?
Hi, I have COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum. Are these compatible? And do I use this before my serum, or should the serum go on first?422 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHi Maria😊 Yes, they should be compatible! Apply the peptide serum first (COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster) after cleansing/toner, and then Granactive Retinoid 2%. Finish with moisturizer/oil. Don't forget SPF during the day either. Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day💫1 likes

Why should I choose this over retinol?
Hello. I’ve read a bit that solubilized hydroxypinakolonretinoate found in this product is supposed to be much better and more effective against signs of aging and uneven skin tone than traditional Retinol. And also to be gentler and irritate the skin less. So my question is: If this is available now. What reasons are there for me to choose to go with Retinol? :) I’m thinking about The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane 30 ml. I’m getting confused and hope to get a little help to understand this, hehe :D Best regards Malin377 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 2 weeksHi Malin😊 Thank you for your question, and I understand your concern✨ Granactive Retinoid (Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate) is gentler than traditional retinol and often provides an anti-aging effect with less irritation, perfect if you have sensitive skin or are new to retinoids. Retinol 0.5% can provide a stronger effect on wrinkles and uneven skin tone if you already tolerate retinoids and want a more potent result. Regardless: always use sunscreen during the day! ☀️ I hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice Friday💫1 likes

New to the retinol world
Hi! I am new to the retinoid/retinol world and thought I’d give it a try💕 I am 32 years old, starting to get some fine lines, blackheads on my nose, and white pores on my forehead that I want to get rid of. I wonder if this is a suitable routine. Cleansing: Cerave hydrating cleanser Toner: lyko.com/sv/naturie/hatomugi-naturie-hatomugi-essence-500-ml Retinoid: The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml Moisturizer: cicaplast Baume B5 with SPF50 Is this a suitable routine and is it in the right order? Is the moisturizer enough as sun protection since it has such a high SPF, or do I still need a separate sunscreen?❤️ I know there is a product from The Ordinary with Nicamide and zinc, can I use it on the days I don’t use retinoid to prevent my blackheads on my nose? Grateful for answers💕🌹553 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 3 weeksHey again Michelle! It depends on your skin's dryness, skin type, and humidity (the warmer it is, the fewer layers you need), but TO's NMF cream that I mentioned works really well both morning and night. Another option is this lyko.com/sv/purito/purito-b5-panthenol-re-barrier-cream-80-ml 🤍1 likes

First-time User!
Hi! I was thinking of diving into the retinol world and have understood that this is good to start with as a complete beginner? My skincare routine looks like this: 1. COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster 2. Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence 3. Saturday Skin Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream 4. Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream In the evening, I also add Dr. Ceuracle Royal Vita Propolis 33 Ampoule between steps 3 and 4. Will this retinoid work with my current routine and how should I start with it? When in my routine should I apply it, how many times a week, do I need to supplement with any product? Best, Cicci512 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 3 weeksGood morning Cicci! Yes, it's fine to use BOJ retinal for the eyes, but make sure not to apply the retinoids over each other on the same area of the skin as it can get too strong. Yes, it's good to also start slowly with BOJ 👌 and only start with one of them at a time, I think. Take care 🤍

Next step
Hey! I've been using this for a few months now and I'm wondering if I should keep ordering this or advance and buy a stronger retinol product, which would you recommend in that case? And can you use Beauty of Joesons eye retinol in combination with this or a similar one? ☀️2805 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 3 monthsHey Siri! It's hard to say outright since I don't know anything about your skin. There's nothing that says you have to increase with something stronger, and that it would automatically give better results, but the best retinoid is the one you can use every night without problems. It's fine to have BOJ around the eyes as long as you don't overlap when applying, but are a bit more careful. Lovely
I tried a retinol before and my skin didn't like it at all. I read up and learned that retinoid could work better, so I tried this one. The product itself: 🤲 I like the thicker consistency, easier to handle and doesn't run between my fingers. 🤏 Economical and good, only needs one pipette tube at a time. 👃 Smells strange, but not bad (matter of taste). Usage: ☝️ Once a week for a month. ✌️ Twice a week for about 3-4 months before it got too bright outside to use. Results: ✅️ The stubborn cystic pimples I had left from my hormonal issues disappeared. ✅️ I experienced that my skin tone and skin were evened out/fine lines disappeared.3892 views - The post was made 6 months
Retinol
How much retinol does this contain?3493 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 6 monthsHey Monika! 👋💛 What a great question! It’s a bit tricky to give an exact answer since the product contains a milder form of retinoid – not pure retinol. But approximately, the strength corresponds to just under 0.5 %, which makes it really gentle on the skin 💛✨ Perfect for you if you want to start easing your skin in a gentle way! Hope that helps – have a radiant day! 🌞
The OrdinaryGranactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml
A Stable Emulsion of Next-Generation Forms of Retinoid.
This formulation combines two forms of next-generation retinoid actives in a combined concentration of 2% by weight.
These two actives are:
a) Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate is a highly-advanced form of retinoid which is, in fact, a non-prescription ester of all-trans direct retinoic acid that offers a multi-fold better effect against signs of ageing than retinol, retinyl palmitate and nearly all other forms of non-prescription retinoid;
b) a sustained-delivery form of pure retinol in a protective capsule system which supports both the delivery and the effect of Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate.
Both forms of retinoid used avoid the irritation associated with retinoid (including retinol) use while delivering better visible results against signs of ageing.
Use:
Apply a few drops to face in the PM as part of your skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Use sun protection in the AM.
