    Bra retinol, bra pris!

Gillar dennna retinol väldigt mycket, den gör sitt jobb och känns inte kletig eller obekväm på huden. #lykoreview

    New to the retinol world

Hi! I am new to the retinoid/retinol world and thought I’d give it a try💕 I am 32 years old, starting to get some fine lines, blackheads on my nose, and white pores on my forehead that I want to get rid of. I wonder if this is a suitable routine. Cleansing: Cerave hydrating cleanser Toner: lyko.com/sv/naturie/hatomugi-naturie-hatomugi-essence-500-ml Retinoid: The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml Moisturizer: cicaplast Baume B5 with SPF50 Is this a suitable routine and is it in the right order? Is the moisturizer enough as sun protection since it has such a high SPF, or do I still need a separate sunscreen?❤️ I know there is a product from The Ordinary with Nicamide and zinc, can I use it on the days I don’t use retinoid to prevent my blackheads on my nose? Grateful for answers💕🌹

Hey again Michelle! It depends on your skin's dryness, skin type, and humidity (the warmer it is, the fewer layers you need), but TO's NMF cream that I mentioned works really well both morning and night. Another option is this lyko.com/sv/purito/purito-b5-panthenol-re-barrier-cream-80-ml 🤍

    First-time User!

Hi! I was thinking of diving into the retinol world and have understood that this is good to start with as a complete beginner? My skincare routine looks like this: 1. COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster 2. Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence 3. Saturday Skin Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream 4. Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream In the evening, I also add Dr. Ceuracle Royal Vita Propolis 33 Ampoule between steps 3 and 4. Will this retinoid work with my current routine and how should I start with it? When in my routine should I apply it, how many times a week, do I need to supplement with any product? Best, Cicci

Good morning Cicci! Yes, it's fine to use BOJ retinal for the eyes, but make sure not to apply the retinoids over each other on the same area of the skin as it can get too strong. Yes, it's good to also start slowly with BOJ 👌 and only start with one of them at a time, I think. Take care 🤍

    Next step

Hey! I've been using this for a few months now and I'm wondering if I should keep ordering this or advance and buy a stronger retinol product, which would you recommend in that case? And can you use Beauty of Joesons eye retinol in combination with this or a similar one? ☀️

Hey Siri! It's hard to say outright since I don't know anything about your skin. There's nothing that says you have to increase with something stronger, and that it would automatically give better results, but the best retinoid is the one you can use every night without problems. It's fine to have BOJ around the eyes as long as you don't overlap when applying, but are a bit more careful. If you wish to develop your routine, feel free to take our skin test in the app under Beauty Scan 💌 Wishing you a nice Friday 🌸

    Lovely

I tried a retinol before and my skin didn't like it at all. I read up and learned that retinoid could work better, so I tried this one. The product itself: 🤲 I like the thicker consistency, easier to handle and doesn't run between my fingers. 🤏 Economical and good, only needs one pipette tube at a time. 👃 Smells strange, but not bad (matter of taste). Usage: ☝️ Once a week for a month. ✌️ Twice a week for about 3-4 months before it got too bright outside to use. Results: ✅️ The stubborn cystic pimples I had left from my hormonal issues disappeared. ✅️ I experienced that my skin tone and skin were evened out/fine lines disappeared.

    Retinol

How much retinol does this contain?

Hey Monika! 👋💛 What a great question! It’s a bit tricky to give an exact answer since the product contains a milder form of retinoid – not pure retinol. But approximately, the strength corresponds to just under 0.5 %, which makes it really gentle on the skin 💛✨ Perfect for you if you want to start easing your skin in a gentle way! Hope that helps – have a radiant day! 🌞

    Breastfeeding

Hi! Can you use this product while breastfeeding?🥹

Hi Ingri🥰 We do not recommend the use of retinoid products during pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precaution – despite the product being milder than retinol. There is limited research on the safety of topical retinoids during breastfeeding, so many manufacturers and professionals recommend being cautious. Wishing you a super day!💗

    Good start

I am 44 years old and have been careful with skincare for 15 years. I started with Paula's choice, but switched to Filorga as I got older. Filorga has been really good at keeping my skin younger than I am. But I suddenly became allergic to perfume. I had to stop abruptly and switch to fragrance-free and gentler skincare (Sensibio). Unfortunately, I quickly got new wrinkles. I searched around and thought I would try TO, which has active ingredients but is fragrance-free, and it went well! Luckily, it was only the perfume I reacted to. I have cautiously tested to avoid a new reaction, but I have actually tolerated the serums I have tested, so I decided to try this retinol in beginner form ☺️ I phased it in over a couple of weeks and then got nice results. The new wrinkles that had appeared have decreased to finer lines. I used it together with (fantastic!!) caffeine drops and the hyaluronic acid from TO. I use Sensibio moisturizer over it since I don't like TO's Moisturizing factor. However, I got quite a few sunspots when I was in the sun, despite 30 SPF! So I have now switched to GF solution this summer, which is almost as good. I plan to try a bit stronger retinol eventually. (My husband wanted to be in the picture 😉)

    Hi!

I have this product from The Ordinary as well as niacinamide from The Ordinary, glycolic acid from The Ordinary, Clinsoothe Skin Purifier, and Lait Crème Concentré Multi Fonctions from Embryolisse. In what order and when should I use these, evening, day?

Hey Lisa 😊👋 🌞 MORNING ROUTINE Clinisoothe Skin Purifier – Antibacterial mist, soothes the skin. Spray directly after cleansing. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% – Apply a thin layer. Good for pores, oil control, pigmentation, and redness. Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré – Moisturizing and protective cream. SPF (if you are outside) – Important to finish with sunscreen every morning, especially if you use retinoid or acid in the evening. 🌙 EVENING ROUTINE (alternate between different evenings) ✨ ALTERNATE LIKE THIS: 🧪 1–2 evenings/week: Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution (Acid exfoliation – do not use with retinoid the same evening) Cleansing Clinisoothe Glycolic Acid (on dry skin with cotton pad, avoid eyes/nose wings) Wait a few minutes Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré 🌙 2–3 evenings/week: Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion (Mild retinoids, not together with acids) Cleansing Clinisoothe Retinoid Niacinamide (optional – can be combined with retinoid if the skin tolerates it) Embryolisse Good luck and all the best 🤍

    Love!

Have had this several times. Started using retinol when I struggled a lot with acne, but what I tried was too strong or my skin didn't like them until I found this. After the first time I used it, I saw a big difference the next day. It's absolutely amazing!!

The OrdinaryGranactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml

157 kr*
Free delivery option available from 300 kr, can be sent immediately
* Cannot be combined with discount codes.

A Stable Emulsion of Next-Generation Forms of Retinoid.

This formulation combines two forms of next-generation retinoid actives in a combined concentration of 2% by weight.

These two actives are:
a) Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate is a highly-advanced form of retinoid which is, in fact, a non-prescription ester of all-trans direct retinoic acid that offers a multi-fold better effect against signs of ageing than retinol, retinyl palmitate and nearly all other forms of non-prescription retinoid;
b) a sustained-delivery form of pure retinol in a protective capsule system which supports both the delivery and the effect of Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate.
Both forms of retinoid used avoid the irritation associated with retinoid (including retinol) use while delivering better visible results against signs of ageing.

Use:
Apply a few drops to face in the PM as part of your skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Use sun protection in the AM.
