Thick and Delicious!
As a #lykoinflutester, I have been tasked with testing a series of hair products from #WellaProfessionals. It is their Ultimate Smooth series, which contains squalane and omega-9 and is supposed to smooth, nourish, and add shine. My reviews for the shampoo and conditioner are already up, and now we have come to the Hair Mask ✨️ A bit about my hair is that it is quite long, typically Scandinavian, and blonde. I think my hair is healthy and nice, and when I shampoo it, I focus a lot on the scalp. I apply the conditioner to the entire hair, and I used this hair mask in the lengths. I have used the hair mask as step 3, after shampoo and conditioner, because that was what I read was recommended. In other cases, I have heard that hair mask goes before conditioner, but I don’t know 🤭 I have used the products from the Ultimate Smooth series together, and I think there is a point in doing this because it feels like the products complement each other. As I wrote about the conditioner, it was a bit thinner, but this mask is thickkkk and delicious! Just how I want a hair mask to be. It feels very nourishing and it also smells really good of jasmine and vanilla. I let it sit in my hair while I do everything else you’re supposed to do in the shower, 10-15 minutes. I think the longer, the better. Afterwards, my hair is easy to brush out, I actually notice a big difference compared to when I don’t use it. I also think this mask would stand nicely on its own, without the other products in the series. Way too much for my hair
I got to test this hair product line as a #lykoinflutester, which was exciting to do. It's a nice product that seemed promising. A mistake at the beginning was that I used all the products at the same hair wash. As you can see in the first picture, it was a really bad idea. For a little context, I have flyaway, fine (fine strands, that is), smooth Scandinavian hair, and my hair is mostly untreated but has some ombre bleaching left in the ends. After the grease catastrophe (in the picture), I switched to a more cautious use. But I unfortunately still have to say that this hair mask is way too “powerful” for me. My hair gets weighed down, heavy, and dirty quickly. So even though the packaging is tempting and it smells spicy and mild, I won’t use it, and I can’t recommend it to people with the same hair type as me. #WellaProfessionalsTranslated from swedish

Can feel the difference right away
I have had the pleasure of testing the entire Ultimate Smooth series from Wella Professionals as a lykoinflutester, and my blonde, bleached, and curly hair has really loved it! This review specifically concerns the Ultimate SmoothMask 150 ml. This hair mask is a real moisture bomb! Right when I apply it, I can feel how it embraces my hair with its creamy and rich consistency. I have used it every other time I washed my hair, between shampoo and conditioner, and I notice a huge difference in softness and shine. It feels luxurious, economical, and smells fantastic without being overwhelming. My hair has gained a whole new suppleness and is not nearly as frizzy as before – a must for the dry winter climate! God, but not necessary for me
My hair is as follows: Dark brown healthy hair in the lengths, but with split ends that have frizz. I wash my hair a maximum of 2 times a week, and after each shower I use a hairdryer on low heat. In the period I have tested these products, I have used the shampoo every time, and alternated between the conditioner and the hair mask as needed. There is the same neutral and good scent from all the products, I like that, the consistency in the product line ties them together better. The scent is simple, not too strong and pleasant. I can't quite put my finger on what it smells like, it's not floral, leans more towards something sweet/caramel-like maybe. The first week or two I used the products in this series, I really struggled with greasy hair, even dry shampoo didn't help. My hair adjusted after the first period, so it got better over time. Another hair product in a jar? Yuck. There are probably reasons why this hair mask has to be in a jar, maybe it's too thick in consistency for a tube for example? I don't really think this gave much more effect on my hair than using the conditioner, which you were supposed to use alternately. I think this is okay, but if there is one product in this series that I think one could do without, it would be this one since the conditioner is already so effective, at least on my hair. According to the instructions on the back of the product, the hair should be damp, but not wet when the product is used. It's impractical to have to dry the hair until it's almost towel-dry before you apply the product, you usually use this in the shower right after shampoo. For my part, I just squeezed out as much water as possible from my hair before I applied the product, and that worked in my opinion. I like that all the products have risen in the routine on the front of the packaging, and the instructions on how to use it on the back. Already from the first wash, my hair became incredibly shiny and looked healthy almost down to the ends. The first thought after the first wash was «wow what a shine!». And that shine has lasted since day 1 and is still super nice even without any «maintenance» between washes. All in all, I am reasonably satisfied with this hair series, it is not perfectly matched to my specific needs, therefore the product does not get top score from me. But I definitely see that this could be a hit for someone with slightly different hair than mine. I recommend this series for those who might have dry and lifeless hair, because this series really has «pow» effect from the first use! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #WellaProfessionalsTranslated from norwegian

Ok hair mask
Was so lucky to receive 4 different products from Wella Professionals' Ultimate Smooth series to test them out. Pros: ✔️ Gives noticeably softer and smoother hair ✔️ Moisturizes hair more than the conditioner, and can help reduce frizz ✔️ Good for curly hair that needs extra care Cons: ❌ Requires 5-10 minutes for optimal effect, which can be impractical in a busy everyday life ❌ The result doesn't last very long – must be used regularly for lasting effect ❌ The price is high compared to how much product you have to use per wash Conclusion: Definitely the best product in the series for curly and dry hair! Absolutely gorgeous!
As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to test this gorgeous series from #WellaProfessionals I tried the Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth Hair Mask. It is supposed to provide deep nourishment and make the hair smooth and shiny. It has Squalane and Omega-9 to nourish the inside and rebuild the hair on the outside - dermatologically tested and suitable for colored hair. This nourishing hair treatment contains a blend of notes from jasmine, vanilla, bergamot, peach, and sandalwood - and I think the scent is absolutely amazing. I just got my hair cut and took out the hair extensions I had, and I have also used the hair treatment evenly along with the other products. I think my hair is soft, shiny, smooth, and feels fresh. My hair - shoulder-length, curly/fall, colored, gets easily frizzy and needs a little extra. This mask is just okay. Compared to other masks, the hair doesn't feel as soft, light, and shiny after use. The hair smells good and feels smooth where it is already nourished. The ends feel rough. Good hair mask🧡
I have now tested this hair mask along with several products from the series. I think it works well. I notice that it provides good moisture and the hair becomes soft. I have very dry and damaged hair after coloring and feel that this helps a lot with that. The hair looks shiny after use. I don't think the scent is anything special. Quite an okay scent. Nourishing mask
As #lykoinflutester I got the Wella Professionals Ultimate Smooth series including shampoo, conditioner, mask, and oil serum to try out. I have long, medium-thick hair which is naturally curly but I mostly style it using a blow dryer or straightener after washes. I try to wash my hair less often but don’t like using dry shampoo so much so I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. As I have curly hair it gets frizzy easily. I have used this series for around 3 weeks now. The mask comes in a tube. Nice and easy to use. The line has a distinctive floral scent. I like the scent, it’s a mixture of jasmine and mint and woody notes and I enjoy it. I would say the scent is a bit muted in the mask. The mask is very thick and nourishing but I noticed I have to be careful with how much and how often I use it cause it can feel a bit heavy. But if I use the right amount I can get away with using it 2 times a week. Hairs feel smooth and shiny and light. Creamy mask
As part of my assignment as a #lykoinflutester, I have also tried this mask from #wellaprofessionals This mask matches like the other parts of the series in both scent and appearance. I still think it’s a point that there is a red thread throughout. My hair is quite dry during the testing period, and I think this series helps a lot with that. ➕ This mask really makes the hair super smooth, soft, and frizz-free. The hair feels strengthened and moisturized after use. ➕ The mask has a traditional consistency, it smells good, and spreads smoothly in the hair. ➕ I find that the hair becomes soft and moisturized without being weighed down. ➕ What gives this mask a little extra compared to many others is its quick working time. Ideally 5-10 minutes, but it actually works much faster than that. I don’t have the patience to stand in the shower for 10 minutes with a mask in my hair, so I finish showering and then it’s fine, and it works perfectly. It does what it promises! ➖ This is really not a downside to the product as such, but why, WHY don’t masks come in tubes? I have tested this lovely hair mask Ultimate Smooth from Wella Professionals and must say that I am really satisfied! First and foremost, the jar is both pretty and practical, which is always a plus. When it comes to the product itself, it is economical, which means you don’t need to use much at a time – a big plus for sustainability. The scent is sooooo good!😍 The best part is the result: the hair becomes shiny, smooth, and manageable after use. It really does its job without weighing the hair down. The price is also reasonable in relation to the quality, which makes this a hair mask I can definitely see myself buying again. Use:
