Begin with a base coat to ensure a more durable finish. Next, gently wipe both sides of the brush against the bottle opening to pick up the right amount of polish. Apply the polish down the center of the nail, a few millimeters away from the cuticle, and then add a stroke on each side of the nail. Smooth out the nail's surface with a final sweep. For an intensified color and enduring finish, crown it with a top coat.
