Essential Palmarosa Oil (Cymbopogon martini) from India is a fabulous oil with a floral, sweet, and rosy scent. For skin application, it's crucial to mix palmarosa oil with a cold-pressed vegetable oil before applying it to the skin or using it in other aromatherapy methods.

Dosage: maximum 1% concentration (12 drops) in 30 ml of cold-pressed vegetable oil for skin use or 2% concentration (18 drops) for other aromatherapy methods.

Palmarosa is a GRAS-approved essential oil and can be used as a natural flavoring in food and beverages. Use sparingly, as the essential oil is highly concentrated and can become overpowering. Typically, just one to three drops per liter of liquid (or batter/dough) is enough to achieve the desired flavor.

Usage:
Diluted in oil (max. 1%. For example: 2-3 drops of essential oil with 1 tbsp of cold-pressed oil) on the skin or as aromatherapy. Start with a small area to check for tolerance. Health hazardous when undiluted.
