How to use:
Menstrual disc/ cups sits in the widest part of your vagina to fit inside the vaginal fornix, covering the cervix, and preventing menstrual fluid from entering the vagina. The disc collects blood instead of absorbing it and wont disrupt the PH balance like the other products. It can hold as much as 3 super tampons.
