How to Use:

Apply a generous amount of facial sunscreen to your face and neck. A good rule of thumb is one teaspoon for face and neck. It is important to use the recommended amount to achieve the stated sun protection factor.

Apply the sunscreen well in advance, preferably 20–30 minutes before sun exposure, and ideally in two steps.

Reapply frequently when swimming. The same applies if you spend extended time in the sun.
