How to Use:

Apply a generous amount of sunscreen. An adult should use about 40 ml for the whole body, a child about 20 ml. It is important to use the recommended amount to achieve the stated sun protection factor.

Apply the sunscreen well in advance, preferably 20–30 minutes before sun exposure, and ideally in two steps.

Reapply frequently when swimming. The same applies if you spend extended time in the sun.
