Step 1: Humectants – H.E.O Mask Gel (blue gel):
NATURAL MOISTURIZING FACTORS (NMF)
The H.E.O Mask contains urea, amino acids, sodium PCA, and lactic acid as NMF.
All these components can bind and retain water in the stratum corneum, helping to maintain skin elasticity.

MULTI-MOLECULAR HYALURONIC ACID
Naturally found in our skin, it can hold up to a thousand times its weight in water. Hyaluronic acid draws moisture from its surroundings, nourishing the skin and keeping it hydrated and supple.

GLYCERIN
Helps draw water from the lower layers of the epidermis to the upper layers, keeping the skin soft and smooth.

BLUE SEAWEED
An algae that helps stimulate the synthesis of ceramides and hyaluronic acid. A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from UV light and environmental stressors.

Step 2: Emulsifiers and occlusives – H.E.O Mask Cream (white cream):
SQUALANE
An almost skin-identical lipid that helps form a protective barrier over the skin. Squalane is easily absorbed and enhances the penetration of other ingredients.
Restores skin's smoothness and flexibility without being greasy or comedogenic.

CERAMIDES
Ceramides are essential for retaining moisture in the skin and preventing water loss, regulating cell function, and repairing the skin barrier.

LINOLEIC ACID
An omega-6 fatty acid that serves as a crucial building block for ceramides. One of the skin's key moisturizing elements, it helps fill in the gaps between skin cells in the stratum corneum to restore the skin's natural barrier and combat water loss.

DIMETHICONE
Composed of large molecules that act as a barrier over the skin to lock in moisture while allowing the skin to breathe.
