How to use:
2-5 drops a day, taken in capsules or diluted in water or oil. It's super potent, so definitely don’t take it straight. Just a heads up! Since this oil is highly concentrated and can cause a serious burn if taken undiluted, we recommend mixing it with some oil or popping it into empty capsules that you can easily fill yourself. You can also use it diluted on your skin or take it orally. Just drop the oil into water, an empty capsule, on a spoonful of honey, or drizzle it over salads and meals.
